I have nothing to show because so far I've been getting back into MCEdit and Single Player Commands. I've messed around with the stars and planets, which will be seen in the map and found a combination that I like.
I do have a question tough, I noticed that you have removed the animation for the chain saw. Is this intentional or temporary? If it's intentional I would like to point out that I enjoyed it more when it was animated :|
Something else, there is an error with the texture for the buttons:
It's both unintentional AND intentional. I didn't take the animation out purposely, this happened because while I was away Minecraft added native support for animations. So MCPatcher did away with their animations (which mine relied on). I won't be adding it back, however, since the trees are metal and a chainsaw or axe never made any since. I'll be changing it to some sort of wrench. Hopefully I can make pickaxes into drills, so we have at least one block with a cool animation.
I think that would be interesting, but what would the explanation be?
Well, since these metal trees are actually ventilation and random tech-y bits for the planet (and the creators of the planet created their appearance to mimic trees) it would make sense if they had holographic leaves. I'll have to see how it looks. The only thing that will be weird is shears.
Here's the new style for paintings. Notice a more simplistic take, more general than specific. The paintings can have many more uses when I don't make them too specific. So far I completed all the small (1x1) paintings, but in doing that I have figured out the style for them so the rest of the paintings shouldn't take too long to complete.
Here's a side shot also, the paintings have the back and side again so they look more like computer screens:
EDIT: WOO! Got Curse Premium. Not sure how, but awesome!
for some reason mob textures are broken for me with or without mcpatcher did i do something wrong?
No, all the mobs broke with the new update and I haven't updated them with the new format. I'll try and get them fixed for the next update, but most of them are changing anyway.

thanks for answering i'm loving how the pack is turning out btw
Yeah, put a lot of time into it yesterday between LoL games. Got the outside and such mostly done, but them Minecraft crashed and I've got to redo the roof. >.<
Luckily, I managed to get some pictures of it all.
Yes, I was an idiot and took the outside pictures at night. I avoided any sort of outer lighting, because I wanted it to work as a "dungeon" design of sorts.
A shot of the top. I mostly just kind of made the design as I went, and I like how it turned out.
The "Gravity beam" beneath the ship itself. Took this one at day to show the huge freaking shadow under this thing. Definitely does its job of spawning tons of mobs.
The hanger, the main part of the ship. It shoots off into four hallways that turn and head up to the bridge. (Which hasn't changed since I showed it before.)
One of the hallways from the end; looking back towards the center of the ship. Yes, they're hella dark.
I'm juggling so many projects over here that its hard to find time for this, but I'm determined to keep working on it. As far as more progress goes, its mostly just WIPs.
This is my first attempt at doing snow...my feelings are sort of mixed on it. Its hard to get the natural textures to fit in with the metallic ones, which is why I made up this lined texture that is universal across the pack. But I'm not sure I want to rely so much on it. Idk, I'll work on it some more and get back to you guys.
@AtikLYar That looks AWESOME! I think the darkness adds to the atmosphere. Vannix also prefer to dwell in dark environments, due to their constant-night-homeworld, so it makes sense lore-wise. This should be the definitive look for the Vannix though.
I'm a pixel artist who makes pixel things and maps! I also do line art occasionally.
I have two work in progress resource packs!
This is the second one!
And of course, by "work-in-progress" I mean "will never, ever be completed".

With trees being metal "facades", what if leaves were changed into holograms?
I think that would be interesting, but what would the explanation be?

That would make sense for getting rid of them, but not collecting them.

Here's the new iron door.
