Divine looks amazing and makes the game look more moody.
As for the ice, I think realistic soft shading looks great.
Keep up the good work
Thanks.
I'll add that ice in with the next update shortly (waiting is annoying at times, but it's easier for me this way)
As for the theme, I'm glad it looks that way, that's what I'm aiming for, but let me just tell you straight, you do not want to see night right now with it, the lightmap is a bit wierd to work from scratch, so it is looking very strange. I'm working on ironing out those glitches off and on (more 'on' really) and should have those things fixed soon.
Edit: I forgot to mention, while working on the divine theme, I figured out custom colours and partial-transparent glass support, so I'll try to work in some new features in the main version.
Expect custom fog, sky and light colours and better (partially transparent textured) glass support soon!
Edit again: Awesome, I went to my planet minecraft submission page to see that I have exactly 500 downloads! Thanks for all the support! One milestone behind me, next up is 1K!
- 12w41b compatibility
- Anvil textures
- New beacon texture
I could really use some feedback. Based on the downloads, roughly estimated, only 10% of the people who downloaded left feedback... Please help out by giving any comments or constructive criticisms.
Ok, I have finally added a Divine version download below the normal download. It is only beta, so it may be glitchy. if you encounter any problems, let me know, otherwise, please leave feedback on it.

Hmm, not sure. It's working fine for me. I took the new link and downloaded it, it worked. Do you know if it may be planet minecraft? Or your computer?

If anyone could make me any kind of video, like a let's play, review, or showcase, on my pack, I would be very grateful, and give clear credit and make your video visible in the main post!
Also, sorry for bothering you, but how do you make your .ctm work? Mine doesn't for some reason.
Edit: Still, pretty great texture pack! I'd be using this one if I hadn't made one myself!
Double Edit: Also, does my signature work? For some reason when I click it nothing happens.
.ctm? I'm not completely sure what you mean, but if you mean the ctm glass texture, I just follow templates, I'm not sure myself where each texture goes, its complicated.
If you mean other textures, I can give you help if you still need it with that, but I learned from this tutorial, I actually had no knowledge of how ctm worked until reading that tutorial, so you should check it out.
One thing I will tell you though, any custom CTM (basically, besides glass) requires a .properties file, which that tutorial entails.
Edit: Actually, if it is something that isn't in the tutorial, PM me. All I can think of that's left is that all ctm files can go anywhere, as far as I know, I just make a folder called ctm.
Woo! 1000 downloads! Let's celebrate with an update shall we?
Features
- New alternate cobblestone texture
- New alternate moss stone texture
- All swords finished
Previews can be seen below.
Just some news here as well, I plan to make the divine edition differ more from the original with unique designs for swords and items, so the divine may always be behind one update from the original, but I will try to keep the divine edition as up-to-date as possible.
I Think it should have more detail. It just looks a bit... simple... Other ways it looks very modern and awesome. If you don't understand what I mean then i can make some examples.
I think I know what you mean, and if I'm correct, a prime example of your point would be stone or stonebrick.
I see why you would think it is simple, but with close examination on good texture packs, bad texture packs, and even real stone bricks, the simplistic, thin and light shading over a relatively smooth surface actually looks much more realistic than really rough bricks with heavy, strong shading.
If that's not what you meant, then I would need an example.

I sent you how to animate textures in a PM. Tell me if the link I gave you doesn't work, links haven't been working for me lately for some reason.
Edit: I have a new animated support banner for anyone to use! It's in the main post.
