Introduction
-Well, I have a present for you guys. It's called Legenda Realismus, latin for Legend of realism. It is a 32x32 RPG/Realistic texture pack, and I'd thought I'd show it to you guys. I'm still working on how to design a block and whatnot, but so far I've been doing fine learning on my own. I'm using Paint.NET, and I'm already used to the pencil and the brush, and a few tricks here and there with the adjustments and effects. So if you guys are interested, I haven't made a download yet, but I will immediately after I finish the terrain.png. Please send me some feedback and support me below!

I think part of the problem is that your style seems a bit inconsistent. The best example of this is to compare the birch logs. The stone is smooth and shaded to the point where it is almost too blurry, but then you look at the birch log and I see sharp contrast and little to no shading. I think some of the problem may be that your skills are unbalanced. You've gotten pretty good at making certain textures but they don't fit in with the other textures that you aren't as skilled at making. I have had the same problem to some degree in my own texture pack. I would recommend just keep practicing making the textures you think "don't feel right". If you need a little inspiration look at some of your favorite texture packs.
Your style is very inconsistent. Some of it is harsh and aliased, while other parts are soft and blurry. The diamond and gold blocks don't fit in with the others at all, they just look like quick default edits. I like the stone and ores, and the other softer textures, but the harder ones (like bedrock and what I assume is obsidian) just look out of place to me.
I've made a few additions and changes. I used Glimmar's Steampunk to inspire me, and I turned the texture pack into a 32x32. I think it looks a bit better, even though some of the textures aren't done.
it looks a little better. One thing that bothers me a bit is the ores. Why are they perfect circles? You could make the shapes more varied and random for a more natural look, unless there is some specific reason you wanted circular ore in your pack that I am not aware of?

You may have a point there. Sorry, I was trying to make it match the other design. I'm working on that right now.
Why, because you were already a teenager when the show premiered? DETECTIVE SAMOHTJ STRIKES AGAIN!
On-topic, in addition to the ores being perfect circles, they've also got little to no embedding. As they are, they look like stickers pasted onto the blocks, not like actual chunks stuck into the rock. Add some shadows and highlights both to the ore bits themselves, and to the stone around them to make the chunks stand out.
The general consensus of the minecraft community is that pentagons are ok, else everyone wouldn't be using pure bd craft to such an extent. "You" did not refer to you as a person but rather the fact that if someone had told sphax not to use pentagon shapes there might not have been a purebdcraft. The point I'm geting at is that comments regarding using circular shapes are pure opinion.
Yes, there have been a lot of packs "circlecraft, roundcraft, roundtheblocks" etc. that rely heavily on circular shapes to try and break the square feel of minecraft. However, the sheer number of similar packs should not stop you from making your own pack, I see more potentiali in this pack than in many of its predecessors.
In short, please don't make circular shapes out to be something bad. You were basically saying that it is/was wrong to make circular ores

I never said that circles and geometric shapes were generally bad. I meant that they didn't really match the style of the other textures, which I said of a few other blocks as well.
I don't complain about Sphax using geometric shapes in his textures because that's his style; his whole pack is done up like that. The whole vectorized, cartoony look is kind of his thing. I don't hate circles and geometry, I just don't like mixing contrasting styles. The textures that this guy has already made didn't look like the kind of textures that would consistently follow perfect geometry, so I didn't think that perfect circles were very fitting. Also, I might point out, I'm not the only one who brought it up.
Main point: I wasn't making perfect circles out to be something bad, or something that I didn't like. I was simply stating that that kind of art doesn't really fit in with the majority of the other textures this guy has made already. I don't hate simple shapes and geometry, I just don't like clashing styles.

Bedrock.

There's a Clue! A clue! A clue!
(I'm ashamed that I remember that show.)
Don't worry, you're not alone.

I've changed my goal: Steampunk.Sorry. I couldn't help myself.
That's odd, you are saying circles are no good but pentagons are?
When did I say that?
