Vines look rather Zelda-ish in style.
Not a bad thing, mind you
In that case, thanks!
I like the style in the old zelda/mario games, and I find this sort of thing fits as "vines" better. They are called vines by Mojang, but Mojang also assigned them a texture that looks like... I don't really know. Single strands just seem more like vines to me.

I don't know about anyone else, but I really got tired of seeing my ugly dirt texture everywhere, so be prepared for an overhaul! Here is the new dirt and grass! I'm still working on adjusting the mycelium and snow side textures to match, but I've got this much done.
Big new update for everyone! All the stuff I've been holding is included in the update!
Unfortunately, I don't remember a list of implemented features, as I've changed quite a bit, and I have several packs updated at the same time, but suffice to say, you will find out.
Due to the Curse Client's upload process, you should expect the file to be approved within the hour!

Sorry for the delay! I have 6 packs on the go right now, and I'm having a hard time updating them to the new layout. Fortunately, I am figuring it out! This pack is now updated to 1.5. The file has been uploaded, and Curse client will "verify" it within the hour.

This CTM is looking awesome, and this pack is quite beautiful as it is. Keep it up!
Thanks! I hope to add some more CTM now that there is a new biome-based textures feature to play around with. I'll probably work with adding sand, snow and moss to some natural blocks in certain biomes.
I'm glad you like it!

There does not seem to be a download link anymore. Could you please add the link? I'm interested in using your pack but can't if there's no way to get it.
... The second time that's happened.
I thought I remembered adding a message, but that must've been for one of my other packs. The Curse download widget will sometimes not load. If it doesn't load (and the download isn't there), refresh the page. I added a message there in case that happens again.

I love it, only part im not a huge fan of is the gravel nothing wrong with it just my personal preference Great work hope to get my pack to a standard like this!
Thanks! The gravel, conveniently enough, was the first block texture I made for this pack. It is a less used style of gravel that I personally prefer over the default's Gaussian noise.

General note: I will be overhauling the OP on both my Serene Scape pack and my Definitance pack, because both have developed many advanced features only available with MCPatcher or Optifine, and I want to show these features in what will be a new section. I will be remodeling both opening posts. I hope it works better for everyone. Additionally, I may be switching my primary downloads to adfoc.us for additional monetary benefits to compensate for current local economic slumps. Thanks for your time.
After 2 years of looking at a desolate, old piece of work from my early days here, I decided to remodel the opening post. It took a few hours, but it is finished. A few animations have yet to be added, along with a few connected textures features. However, I am still working on that. Please enjoy the pack as well as the new layout, and let me know if you have any problems with the thread now.

The primary download is updated now to the latest, official version of 1.6, and since it is official, that means 1.5 is no longer continued. It is unintentionally available due to Curse Forge not being compatible with resource packs, but as soon as it is, it will be updated as well.
Please let me know if you have any problems with the new format.

It would be awesome if you could add this to the front page.
Thanks for making a great texture pack!
Thank you! Nice video! I'll add it now.

Thank you! The intent was smooth/realistic, as far as 16x16 goes. I'm glad it looks that way!
