Make a regular zombie variant have no arms but you essentially make a 3d image on a 2d plane and ps zombie villagers use the same model as zombies but with a larger head.

What are you going to do about their heads? They could be a long lost civilization of humans with elongated heads, swept into the time matrix by discovering something they shouldn't have.
I finished most of the abdomen shading today. I might add some veins and such as well. What i'm thinking of doing with this zombie varient is just eliminating the arms completely, and making it look as if they were cut cleanly off at the shoulder, so the bone would be showing on the body, and the arms would be entirely untextured.
I was thinking i would give him nipples. Animated ones. Creepy long ones that randomly move around, like they want to escape, but just can't.
Don't worry about the pants, they're just a placeholder so i didn't post him naked. Thoughts on it?

I like the look of those zombies, but the face just doesn't look mangled enough, if you get what I'm saying. It seems to lack the creepiness that makes most zombies look scary, at least at the moment. Apart from that, I really like the mobs.

I will be doing a few variants. I have one started that is wearing a very dirty, very ugly yellow shirt. That one will have no lower jaw, some hair, one eye, and hooks for hands.
And i suppose i should do an obligatory steampunk one with gears and such as well... Well, what do you think?

I like them. What ahoy a variant that is wearing a hospital/surgical gown. Also for villager zombies is it possible to program the rando mobs so that naturally occurring one mah have the top of their head cut off with an artificial brain sticking out and one for a villager that turned and looks like what ever.
Another zombie variant, now with arms! No hands, but arms. And clothes! And just one cateract filled eyeball, no jawbone, some stitches, some hair, and other such stuff.
I still need to do a semi-mechanical steampunk type zombie as well.
Finished the final zombie variant. The last one has artificial limbs. A breastplate type thing with metal arms attached to that, and springs attached to his legstumps for... walking on.

The arms and legs are great, but the face just doesn't seem as scary due to the goggles obscuring the eyes.
