I'm really enjoying this texture pack. I can't wait for more updates to finish off the GUIs. I did a quick edit for colored glass until there's an official update (personal use, I hope that's ok), but anything more than that is too new of territory for me.
Thank you, ScooterinAb. I'm glad you're enjoying it!
I will get around to doing some more GUIs soon(ish).
And the colored glass, too, sooner(ish)!
wow! I remember when this was just a texture of just a chest and I followed this up until I took a break from Minecraft. Now I come back and see all the work you put in and it makes my jaw drop at the progress this has had. Keep up the good work, it is truly amazing!
Welcome back, zimplexx!
You're feedback and support in the beginning was very much appreciated.
And, still is!!
Douh, I totally forgot about the Forestry gfx folder. The number of times that's confused me too. Sorry I didn't respond earlier, got side tracked with working out a 1.6.4 update on my server.
I'm increasingly replacing textures in my texture pack compilation with your work. Excellent stuff!
One (hopefully) constructive criticism, it seems you overuse the metal edging/frame work from the chests on most other machine blocks. Makes all the machines/blocks look the same. Not sure what you could do different though, my attempts at any sort of technological block have always failed big time
Thanks for your comment about my Morrowind stuff (fav game, following by Minecraft).

Hi Golrith
Constructive criticism is always welcome and appreciated!
You're right about the overuse of the metal edging. It does save me a bit of work, though.
But, the Forestry stuff, in particular, turned out a little boring with all the same edging. I'll revisit that at some point and try something different.
Any others you think need a redo?
Hello!!
When we gonna have some vanilla texture?
I always come here to see the news, but never is some vanilla.
But, is every amazing...
Good job.
Hi qwerty
As usual, I've been neglecting the vanilla.
But, there's some vanilla stuff coming soon. A new version of the glass/window stuff and the coloured glass variations. And, maybe I'll finally get to that creeper for you
Is there any other vanilla stuff you'd really like done soon?

Yes...I would love to see your version of armor and weapows...
Great to see this texture pack being updated; keep the good work up.I have a question: Has the lava texture been changed, I seem to remember it being better; now I only seem to have vanilla lava.I am using optifine with 1.6.4 rather than mcpatcher. Any suggestions? Thanks. Also, when I use the Tinker's Construct smeltery the liquid that pours out of the smeltery drains look like molten stone. Any ideas?
Hi jimmyT
It still has the vanilla lava at the moment. I've tried a few times to make an animated one I'm happy with but no luck, yet.
I don't think the Tinker's trouble is due to BoS. Sounds very similar to Factorization messing with RailCraft's steam texture. I fixed that by putting a Z in front of Factorization to make it load last. My guess is some other mod with liquids is messing with Tinker's liquid in the same way.
Re Lava: I liked the old lava texture you used in the past; or am I thinking of another texture pack? The lava was red and black, it looked crusty? I thought it went quite well with the pack.
Keep up the good work sir.
Here's what my old lava looks like.
I've tried to do a connected version so it doesn't repeat so much.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be possible to do CTM on lava.
First off I want to say I love this pack. The idea is unique and you have a talent for craeting textures not seen in many packs. The fact that you still update and create all the conncted textures and textures for mods is amazing and I want to say thank you. Now that being said I am sorry if it's obvious and I just don't see it but where are the downloads for the mod textures? I don't see them in the op. thank you.

Thank you for your very kind words, Hikachan
For Minecraft 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6 you don't need a download for the mod textures because they are included in the same file.
I haven't done any mod textures for Minecraft 1.7, yet.

Updates will be coming less frequently from now on. I finally got a regular job.
The next update will have new Sandstone textures and a Desert door.
Are there any specific blocks you'd like retextured? Let me know.
I will be playing Minecraft much less often so I will be relying on user suggestions a lot.
That's right yeah. I liked this lava texture; I thought It went well with the overall look of the Battered old stuff pack - much more than the vanilla lava anyway.
Would you consider using it again?
Yep. I prefer it to the vanilla lava. I'll tweak it a bit and include it sometime soon.
Changes to 1.5 and 1.6 versions, only
Forestry
- added Alveary
- redid Beehives, Bee House, Apiary
- moved Worktable, Fabricator textures to correct folder (1.5)

Here's an early look at the new Sandstone...
For a larger project, I wish you'd do Tropicraft textures. They've just never fit with the rest. Plus, I don't think anyone else has.
Congrats on the real job....(I think) Back to the grind for you.
Minecraft (1.5, 1.6, 1.7)

- added new door for Desert biomes
