I would use Photoshop, but it only supports GIF transparency...)
lol bro, that is totally wrong. As a matter of fact, this pack was made entirely in Photoshop. I pretty much won't use any raster editing tool other than photoshop.

I'm using 5.0, so it doesn't support it anywhere other than .GIF, but now that I have paint.NET, I am so happy! It is 10X more intuitive than photoshop, and does more of the stuff I need!
Curious, would there be any hope in a smaller version?
I get hardcore lag with the 64x version, but really want to use this theme :sad.gif:
Also, if wanted: I can host the pack on my personal site. (Quicker downloads) :smile.gif:
As soon as I read your post, I immediately started work on a 16X16 version. all that I have left to do is to find a good file hosting site, as well as get the author's permission to release a modified version of his texture pack. But never fear, help is on the way!

Holy cow, 5? That's like 13 years old, not surprised you needed an upgrade.

yeah... we have a 5.5 disk, too, haven't gotten around to upgrading it...
we got it from one of mom's friends a few years ago. she was one of those people who designs web pictures for a living, so she didn't need this one.

Wait, do you mean CS5? And CS5.5? Because that's what I use. It can do way more than transparent gifs and is a MUCH better program than paint.net.
If Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter were all destroyed, 90% of teens would go insane. If you're one of the 10% that would be laughing at them, copy this into your signature and hope it happens
I forgot to update the title of the thread, Animal Crafting works with 1.9 already. Though, 1.8.1 didn't add any new blocks, so all 1.8 packs work with 1.8.1
Also, I FINALLY was able to find a Mushroom Biome, so here's a screenshot for anyone that doesn't have 1.9 yet.
Finally, I've decided to skin the different npcs to look like the player characters from Animal Crossing instead of animals. Sound good?

Got to say I adore using this pack. Everything just looks great. I did however size the images down to 16x16 since I don't think my laptop would handle them in HD well. The style shows through well nonetheless.
I do have one problem though, and I think I must have just done something wrong. Everything has changed and works but the water. It still is the default look, as is lava. Even using a customized painterly pack before the lava and water remained default.
What am I doing wrong?

Not a cartoon, a video game!

Would you mind erasing the leaf fragments at the corners of the leaf blocks?
Thanks.
I'm [still] really enjoying this pack.
Nope, Adobe Photoshop 5.0 limited edition.
Working on it right now actually.

Gotta say, swamps are looking pretty dope. The water turns green in them now.
Updated the download links in the first post!

YAY! Thanks! :biggrin.gif:
It says in the title that it works with 1.9, so yes, it also works with all older versions.
