I've been looking for a small roleplay server for awhile, but it seems they all just slap on the mcmmo mod and say taht they roleplay. Im looking for a server that actually does roleplay, not just adding roleplay related mods that no one uses.
I don't know exactly what you're looking for; on my server (the Five Duchies) we don't talk in character but we do try to roleplay though the built environment and shared history we construct.

That is what role-playing is, you cannot roleplay through the enviroment.
