hello my name is creeperhunter or jrm98 i am looking for a server to be admin on i have never been baned except once for nothin(go to the top named "need poeple")
im an experienced admin i get along fine and i love to keep servers neat and tity.
sorry i mean stricked meaning more serios and bans easer or loose meaning gives warnings and is alot nicer and gives stuff away
your gonna be have to be some of both. if you were really admin 14 times youd know how it goes. you cant be a ****ing **** to every one, but you cant be a pushover and spawn **** for people either. if someones breaking rules warn them then ban if they keep breaking them. and be a **** to the assholes of the server to show that your not gonna out up with ********.

I love how many kids get Oped on these so called homemade craftbukkit server making them all expect to get oped on serious minecraft servers like mine, I just wish these kids would realize Admin means owner and op means operative player...
