I -THINK- to get the dedicated IP you have to contact Support. They have a handy chat app on their front page.

Hay I was think of a 1gb how do I hook up Dunlap to the webserver p.s. do I get a domain with that and if I do can I hook it up to the webserver minecraft server?

I ordered the 1 GB plan and so far their service has been excellent! I've experienced no lagg at all and you certainly get what you pay for.

This is a great host...For the first week. My server had been getting many lag issues, for example, I would log in, walk around, log out, and log in on the same spot. My friend also mentioned that mobs were "Falling out of the sky", When something spawned, it would duplicate and it would create lots of copied entities, resulting in lots of holes in the ground because of Creepers. This server has a Maximum of 11 Whitelisted, and it has 2GB of ram. This should not be happening.
Overall, The server hosting wasn't what I expected, But the service was OK.
Not really happy with my purchase, Probably switching hosts when my time is up.

I'm not too sure why this is happening to you, as your server is the only one with these symptoms.

If you'd like, we could re-build the server and back up the world.

This host has been great. My server ran with hardly any lag, editing files has been a breeze, and the support has been helpful. However, I have been having some trouble with my server lately, there is just something is wrong with the files and my server keeps crashing and wont start back up. This happened for the second time two days ago. I responded to the ticket I already had open. Didn't get a reply before I went to bed and didn't get a reply for the first half of the next day. I then decided to open up a new ticket and selected high urgency. I checked the ticket for the rest of the day and never got a reply. Finally, after I had gotten off my computer for the day, I discovered I got a reply to my ticket via my phone. He wasn't able to fix anything, he just asked for a bit more information. I quickly responded, but this was two hours after the reply. Needless to say, he was long gone and nobody else responded over the night. Now it is almost midday of the next day and I am wondering if I will get a reply before late tonight. I am a bit upset that this host claims to have 24/7 support but seems to only check once or twice a day for tickets. I also tried calling multiple times throughout the day with no answer. I would love to play on my server, yet the "24/7" support has only replied once over about one and a half days now.

I can agree with most of this, they have been a great host so far for 'mostly' everything, but this host saying they have "24/7 support" is very, very misleading. They do have great prices & features compared to other hosts I have looked at, which is great. The staff have also been respectful. It usually takes hours to almost half a day or more(may of course span over 2 days(not 24 hours), because of your timezone) (or an issue, setting up your server for the first time or question may take days to resolve because of waiting time for responses) for them to answer support questions, but fortunately it seems that they do answer them eventually. I'd assume they are understaffed and can no longer have 24/7 support unless they hire more staff.

Thank you for acknowledging this, may I ask, and I'm being sincere, if and how you will provide the 24/7 support promised, since your new staff member is not providing it?
