The main server is located in France, so once the tech support gets on we can start trying to figure out what the problem is with the server and get it back up and running. Hopefully within the 24 hours

Yes I hope to have it all up by the end of today, I've got WHMCS and Multicraft back up, now all I have to do is restore the servers and your files should be there once they are back up
Also, I have an invoice coming up tomorrow (May 5) and I don't know if I will be able to pay it because I can't access my WHMCS account. Will I lose my server?

My experience with craftyourbox has been outstanding! I'll admit they were a bit hard to contact at first without the live chat, but now there is someone on it almost all the time. Whenever I have a question I jump onto their live chat and an operator responds within a minutes, if not a few seconds. I would have to say I give their support a 9/10.
As far as uptime goes it has also been quite amazing. They really stick to their 99% uptime. So I haven't had any problem there. I will give them a 10/10 on uptime.
I live in the US and my server is based in the US. My connection to the server is great, no lag at all and a very minimum ping! 10/10 on that one again too.
All around CraftYourBox is a great hosting company and is very underrated among its competitors. If you are looking for a nice hosting experience with minimal problems I suggest going with these guys!

I plan to rent a server from you guys in the near future! Your prices are by far the best I've seen. $25 bucks for a 2gb server with lots of slots AND a subdomain IP for one month (and just $20 from that point on) is a bargain compared to many other hosts. I saw one host that charged $43 a month for the same thing. What a steal.
