When I try and log on to my account form mcprohosting.com, it says that it is either temporarily blocked or that the username/password is incorrect, when I know for a fact that I did not change either of those. When I try to go to billing, it brings me to an error. When I try to submit a ticket, it brings me to an error. When I try to click "Forgot Password?" It gives me an error 500. What do I do? Is this just my server?
All of this is happening on mcprohosting.com. Not my minecraft client.

Dillion, Do you really want to see my server console. i changed server types to factions and started getting players. And why are you stalking my profile anyways. Last time i checked you didn't use this hosting. Seriously you've been on my server ONCE and that was a slow night. BTW Whether they're spammers or not, they're still players and take up memory and CPU usage. I'm not trying to be rude to Mc Pro Hosting But to be quite frank i suffer a lot of downtime and issues.
Very terrible review, I got almost 24/7 uptime when I had my server.
Maybe they used to have good up time, but not since I have been with them. (Only two weeks)
Even with a completely vanilla no plug ins server it goes down for no reason at least once an hour. It might only be for 5 seconds, but is very annoying. I know it is not on my end as every other server (except for the mindcrack public) is always up and ready to go when i get disconnected, and everyone else online gets booted. We have not went public with our server so at most there is ever 3 people on the 10 person plan.
Their service is marginal. They completely deleted my server. All my back ups were on the ftp as I was using the built in multicraft back up system, mainly just to protect from greefing and corrupted files, I didn't think they would completely delete my account and ftp contents. It took 44 hours for them to create a new account for me. The support ticket wait was about 4-6 hours for a responce, pretty good for a small company. But the service was very short, always a one sentence response to detailed paragraph issue. Only would answer one question even if you asked two or three, requiring many more tickets than was actually needed in order to ask the same questions again. They never apologized or offered anything for their error, just blamed it on a hardware issue. When asked about their hourly back up they advertise, they say that is only if they lost the entire node, apparently it does not cover their own "hardware issues".
Price is great, I went from paying 4.99 for 210mb to 4.88(billed quarterly with mindcrack discount) for 768mb.
The multicraft panel is amazing.
Overall, more headaches and complaints from my friends than with any other host I have had (including when I hosted it on my own computer). I will probably be discontinuing service after my 3 month plan is up.

1. I don't have any exp with mc servers
2. What plan is good for 10-12 players without lag
3. Can i put plugins allone or you do it?
4. Do I get some start plugins when i open server?
5.I'm from Croatia (Zagreb) and I think that players
Will lag cus of location ( they are near me )

2. Their plans show recommended players. 10 is the max end of the $5.99 so if you plan to have that or a little more you would want to go with the 9.99 or 14.99 plans.

I'd like to take the time to honestly apologize and I do admit there have been some downtime issues affecting new clients lately, we're working hard to get this resolved and our uptime should be resolved within a few days. Recently we've had many attempts at hacking our systems and to prevent this we have been shutting down some nodes while we do security investigations to prevent anything serious from occuring. We expect to be back at our promised 99.95% uptime within 2 days of this post and we will be offering compensation for anyone affected by the downtime.

We don't get to check the forum very often but any questions you have about anything, rumors, questions, etc should just be sent through our ticket system. I am in this exact situation, but I received an email about the maintenance and my server address was in the list of affected servers. I have no complaints about this host they do their job well and support is great. Just wait patiently for things to be fixed

I am in this exact situation, but I received an email about the maintenance and my server address was in the list of affected servers. I have no complaints about this host they do their job well and support is great. Just wait patiently for things to be fixed
It was 144MB but they removed the plan now. They no longer offer that type of plan.
