What are the most common reasons that cause moderators get fired?
Interesting question but fairly simple,
They make stupid decisions constantly, fail to comply by their Forum Admin's instructions, generally don't learn by mistakes, some even break rules they're meant to be enforcing. Things like that.

Not necessarily. Some mods are all good at first, then something gets to them and they react badly, or they simply don't learn from mistakes they make.

Can i plz be a sectional moderator for survive server page i will do my best to go on every day and maneg postes
If you're applying for a section, then you'll be responsible for the entire section. For example, if you get accepted for Servers, you'll have to moderate PC Servers, Looking For, Server Administration, Minecraft Server Hosting, and Clans, not just one specific subsection or topic.
I know I might sound like a total idiot for asking this but... If you were denied several times is there like a limit to how many times you can apply in a certain timeframe?
Also what are all the perks for Sectional Moderators? If someone could PM me all the permissions I would deeply appreciate that
EDIT: Sorry about me spamming you guys with questions but I just wanna be prepared when I apply!
My last question is... If you retire from being a Sectional Moderator but maybe a couple months later wanna become one again. Can you re-apply for the job?

There isn't a limit to how many times you can apply. However, if you're denied, it's best to stop and think about why, and possibly try improving on that before you apply again.
Being a Sectional Moderator really doesn't bring many "perks". You're responsible for cleaning up any and all rulebreaking posts in your section, which means that you get that standard set of tools. You also get an orange name, a custom title, a cute little iron ore tag, and more signature allowance, but other than that, it's not very "perkful". I'd suggest you apply because you want to help the forums out and not because you want, say, a custom title or something like that
Well, If they didn't know what to do, shouldn't they just contact their Admin?
Or is that the part where they are derping?

It's not a "I don't know what to do" sort of thing, it's more of "I didn't think anything was wrong with what I was posting/doing" thing
Teens are just impulsive, they do things before they think of the outcome :/
They haven't all been teens, either. And hey, a couple of our admins are still teens.
I understand, I was just saying that some teens are impulsive, not all.
For example, me.
I'm 14, and I still made the cut. It's just a matter of maturity.
Maturity is key, that's a big part in getting moderator
but yet some people still pass through the examination and make stupid choices
And the mods who do make stupid choices get demoted

So basically, people who became mod for the power
Ah, I understand what your saying.
