My budget isn't low, my parents just don't want me to spend more than $1000 on the internet. They said they'd rather buy a computer from Best Buy right now for $2000 (I know, stupid). I'll probably just wait 10 more months until I'm 18, moved out of this place, and have my own job. I can't even get a job now because my parents "want me to focus on school."

I wouldn't want my parents to turn their backs on me just for a PC. They're pretty good parents, they nearly gave me everything I wanted, they can just be too much sometimes, but I'm guessing you're just joking.
