While waiting for my motherboard to arrive I have decided that I have some money to burn so I will get some slightly performance boosting hardware for my computer that isn't really needed.
I am currently looking at 2 things. First, I think I will get an SSD. I currently use a 64GB Crucial for the OS (which is full) and a green (bleurgh) WD drive that is insanely slow. I am looking at something either 128GB or 256GB (or anything inbetween) for storing games on (I just want the first 15 seconds of my game). Which one would you recommend? My budget for this is about 300$.
And the second thing is a sound card. I need something to improve the quality of my Sennheiser PC 360's past the basic on board soundcard. The budget for this is 200$.
Note: Electronics prices in Norway are way over those of the US, but just recommend what fits in my requirements.
Edit: I'm also getting some Thermal Paste. What would you recommend (something that is not Arctic Silver 5, it's not available)?
SSD: Crucial M4, Plextor M5S, Samsung 830, or Vertex 4.
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DG or Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium
Paste: Arctic Cooling MX-4 and MX-2 work good, IC Diamond I've heard is the best but it's expensive for paste.

Nobody's perfect, so neither is Hannah Montana Linux, but it's pretty great.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.

You won't need a sound card, it won't really noticeably improve your sound quality, I suggest looking at headphone amps if you want improved quality.
For people who care, there is a noticeable difference even with a sound card and a decent set of headphones.
You would get a lot better improvement with a amp and a DAC, rather than buying a sound card, then you would be free to use it on future builds or where ever too.

I dunno about sound cards.
