What's your budget? Also, that's a really bad GPU. Also, no HDD, no OS, no optical drive? Give us a budget, and we'll give you a build.
The samsung is the HDD, I've got Windows 7 Ultimate to put on it, but I planned on using a usb drive because no, I don't have an optical drive. They are cheap, yeah, but I really don't want to buy it

Those fifteen dollars would be better spent elsewhere seeing as a flash drive will work just as well as an optical drive, provided that it is big enough to temporarily hold the operating system.
OP, if I were you I would look at an APU (I hear they are pretty good) instead of getting an Intel Core i5 2500K and a bad graphics card because I believe you will be bottlenecked by said GPU.
I already have all of these purchased though. So I am wondering what the problem could be?
I certainly appreciate your input

If you are able to return them you should definitely do so. A better way to spend the money would be something like this:
Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB Video Card ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Video card drop to 7750 and call it there. It is by far best for a low end gaming as its $100 cheaper then 7850 tbh.
Mean time OP, the GPU you DID choose is a very bad choice. I would do anything to return that for a refund. The GPU you chose is 2 generations out of date and slow compared to current gen at same price.
Also, I would advise not to get Intel branded motherboard, get a brand name that isnt gonna lock everything up. ASRock and Gigabyte have some low budget LGA 1155 boards. "As well ones with better chipsets".
CPU is overkill for a low budget build, i3 2120 is all one needs or the ivy bridge equal "suggested".
Down to fact, there is quite a bit of flaws in that build. I would highly say cancle the order, or return everything.
My bad. I read through the thread a bit too fast + it is getting late. What exactly is the problem? Are you unable to start the computer?

In most cases that should not matter at all unless you are overclocking your CPU, am I right in saying that?
Locked motherboard + unlocked CPU =/=. Makes no sense to spend the extra 20 USD premium for the unlocked i5 2500k, when you could just save like 20 USD and get the i5-2500, or at most just get the ivy bridge equal now "better to do".

There's not many parts that are 15$, and unless you're absolutely broke, and need the money, an optical drive is a useful thing to have.

Is there any beeps, is there any signal to the monitor, bios screen, etc?
Oh! That's another thing; the mono speaker that goes with the motherboard has 4 pins [+oo-] while the hookup is [o+-o]
and no signal to the monitor
I'm thinking that if I figure out this issue, I'll sell all the parts that I can and get something y'all recommend because i'm an idiot

Ya, it should be same connector matching. This is why I dont like intel motherboards. Sadly I am not sure what to tell you, if you could I would try to return the parts for a refund. Because you are having issues that are very hard to find. It isnt good if it wont boot anyway with signal, or even if the speaker does not have correct pin layout.

Alright, good to know. Thank you. Now, what sort of build would you suggest?

CPU: Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz Dual-Core Processor ($109.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H61M-DGS Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($33.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD7750 1GB 128-bit ($108 @ Newegg)
Case: Antec Three Hundred ATX Mid Tower Case ($45.98 @ Amazon)
Power Supply: Corsair Builder 500W 80 PLUS Certified ATX12V Power Supply ($51.98 @ Newegg)
I replaced the video card to a HD7750, has enough bite to play most anything at moment with good settings, if not max some games. The reason is its 100 USD less then 7850, which if you going for a budget build is a huge drop.
However this is just optional, can bump it back to a HD7850 for more bite. Which would tbh make it a much more powerful of a gaming machine.

Alright. Now I'm not big into PC gaming although I play Civ V, AoE, stuff like that. I like to have my FPSs on console, but will an i3 dual core support Minecraft well?

Of course, and a 7750 will easy handle all those games. The i3 will handle them all very well also, and minecraft is techincally single threaded/core. The i3 will handle it flawlessly. If you use Optifine HD Multithreaded that will allow taking more usage of the threads and extra core on the i3.

Why not? It's only like 15$ for a cheap one.

Does the motherboard light up at all when you plug it in?
I get a standby light, and when it is turned on, everything gets power.

Considering money lost, there isn't. Just there was quite a bit of money wasted for no reason.

How is an optical drive useless??? There's many games that still come on an optical drive, and it's only 15$! An optical drive is VERY useful.
