I'm willing to upgrade the Case,CPU cooler, and anything reasonable.

Air cooling - NZXT HAVIK. The best high end air cooler for the price and has no clearance problems. Not as quiet as the NH-D14 or SilverArrow though.
Water cooling - XSPC Rasa 750 RX360 + EK water Block if you want to cool both CPU and GPU. (you will need a full tower)
H80 has to small of a radiator to warrant the price and it's loud.

Hmm Ok case is good, so could it fit a H100 on it or should i just use a H80. Also what's a good cooling fluid?

I dont think it could fit a H100 but it should fit the H80. And it already comes with its own fluid. Everything is pre-made, pre-sealed, pre-whatever. You just have to install it.

Doubt it stayed that temp for more then a couple seconds unless your house is very cold. No air cooled or water cooled system will drop below your ambient temperature even at idle.
I certainly wouldn't recommend the H80 when air coolers that are $30 cheaper will cool just as good. I would recommend true water cooling kit if you want to enter into water cooling. A RASA kit is great for people just getting into water cooling. If a true water cooling kit scares you just get a H100 and replace the fans with some Scythe Gentle Typhoons AP-14 or Yate Loons D12SH-12.
The i5 2500k doesn't really produce a massive amount of heat like the 1366 or 2011. So, you really don't need to speed $100+ on cooling for a high overclock.
Then your houses ambient temp is 20c or less. You might be reading the temp wrong also most people ready the socket and not the chip. It's impossible for it to drop below the ambient temperature.

Uhh there's no 1155 support for RASA kits that'll actually fit.

That's what I thought. Also would I be able to fit the H100, and does it include coolant, if not anyone know a good coolant?
Depends on whether your case can hold 2 120mm fans connected together, the H100 works well if you have a double fan mounting section on the top of your case that can hold 2 fans. Getting an H80 only uses 1 120mm fan, thats usually at the back of your computer. And yes, the coolant is already pre-applied, you don't need to buy any extras.

Oh sorry nvm. I only plan of cooling the CPU so why isn't the H80 good, I kinda want it for the brand name (guy suggested it)?
The H80 doesn't cool any better then a NZXT havik which is $30 cheaper. The H100 cools much better and will fit in that case and even has the proper holes for it at the top. You will need to remove the 200mm fan at the top though. It is your money though and if you really want the H80 it will work good. I just think you get better value with the H100 or RASA kits. I suggest getting ditching the stock fans the H80/H100 comes with and use either of the ones I suggested if you want it to be quiet.
Here are the specs:
CPU: Intel i-5 2500K
GPU: GTX 570 Twin Frozer II
Motherboard: P8Z68-V GEN3
Case: HAF 922 (NZXT Full-Tower?)
PSU:Corsair Enthusiast Series™ Modular TX750M
CPU Cooler: Stock Intel (Corsiar H80 or ZALMAN CNPS9900?)
RAM: 4*4gb XMS Ram (Can't remove them)
I'm willing to upgrade the Case,CPU cooler, and anything reasonable.

Does it cool well though? The motherboard is at about 36C which seems pretty high. Could I install the H100 on the side panel?

Not sure what your referring to? Everything I've mentioned supports 1155. All RASA kits fit 1155.
