I'd say get black ops or one of the modern warfares, as most CoD games are similar. I personally think its a waste of 60 dollars, but thats just me do whatever feels right.
I like the CoD games so I'd say yes! If you're a fan of changes to multiplayer than you should definitely get this, as there are lots of changes to making classes. Plus there's new kill streaks and some new guns, and a few new everything else.

I thought Black Ops 1 was quite mediocre so I think I'll probably pass unless it gets absolutely stellar reviews.
You mean until EA pays game reviewers to give it stellar reviews...
Anyways, I'm getting it just for the zombie campaign, looks like an interesting storyline and I might do some multiplayer, but they kept the same animations for deaths, which means they must have reused a lot of other things in multiplayer as well, it's a pattern of theirs.

Haha yes EA does like to pay their reviewers (IGN and the sorts)
Zombies looks good to me to, although I hardly play zombies, and the multiplayer will be the same but their big thing about multiplayer is the new way you set up a class which is very awesome looking.
The only CoD came I've played was CoD 3 on my PS2 when I still had it. I don't remember it well, but I think it was ok. I might buy Black Ops 2 since it's supposed to be a little different from how past games have been going along.

New zombies looks sick! I pre-ordered just so I can play Nuketown 2025 when it comes out.
To answer the OP, if you like zombies mode get it. if you just like MP, I'd just play an older COD. I mean, what's the difference? They might tighten up the graphics causing online lag to go up? oh boy!
I don't think they need to release a new game every year just to please the public. I know this has been said a thousand times before, but they should just stop recycling the same features and engines and take time to put real quality and innovation into their game (HA, never seen that one in the past 5 years or so). I'm not much of a gamer, but eh.

But honestly I would get Black ops 2 so you can appreciate how good other games are by comparison. Just my opinion.
