Nice art! We should put you on items duty. I'll do what I was asking. (It's better that way anyway because it's hard to explain) Very nice job! This is the kind of thing that survivors could find on the ground or what it will look like in their inventory. Go to the website and chat with me. I'm on right now =D
Hey, should get working on some kind of site, or something? I could also help with concepts for the game, like thinking up new mechanics, environments, etc.
So many posts to respond to! I'll start with the first and work my way down:
Does everybody that wants to be a tester KNOW that you must search for bugs rather than play the game as normal?
I do.
This game will take a while to get to alpha. We just started sometime last week. You can track our development here or even talk to us on our website here: http://www.uberleben.webs.com/
If you still want to by then, we will let you =)
What kind of music are you looking for?
We need eerie music to play in the background of the game while playing. We also need easily recognizable theme music for the title screen when you open the game. If you can give me a sample of what we would be expecting I would be glad to add you to the members section of the site.

We have set up the site... It isn't very professional. If you could help us develop a more professional looking site that I can put the IRC and forums into that would be great. I would add you to the members section if you could help us come up with a basic (small) city to start with. I think the website is the first priority though
Alright, I'll start working on the basic framework of the site before I have to leave (And consequently not have access to my computer, and therefor site editing) for a few days. I'll put in the pages we want, get the style of it, etc.
Well I must say it does seem pretty interesting but as for the play wise, do the humans or zombies get any special kind of perk? Like could players choose a type of zombie (assuming your talking classic, slow trudging zombies, or resident evil brand) in which different zombies are either faster, longer attacks, withstanding more shots.
Also as for humans, the one kill and its over for the day seems a tad off, perhaps just a penalty to the clinc or back to home base with a loss of (i dunno, cash, exp or w.e your planning) cus in that sense it would be wiser to play zombie if they get to keep playing all day.
Also slight note for testers. Despite the name, your objective is actually to try and break the game. Jumping/shooting into every wall, tree, obstacle. Trying to equip say your body armor on your head, stupid stuff that would seem common sense lol. I dont know if thats how you plan the game to be but just throwing it out as example.
I realized how odd it would be to die and be done. That's why I was thinking about getting some kind of a system like this.
You were killed...
options:
1. Wait 1 min. and become a zombie for life
2. Wait 30 mins. and get back up
3. Wait for a survivor with the medic class to help you up
That's more like what I have decided for this point. I was also thinking of a way for zombies to become humans again. (Unless you started as a zombie)
Here is another one of my plans:
Zombies will be slow moving and take a very low amount of bullets. Although it will only take about 2 hits for you to die. If you start AS a zombie. You can run much faster and take more bullets. You can also get inside some buildings that survivors might have set up a camp in.
A zombie survival game set in a city, where the main goal is to simply stay alive. You scavenge, and only kill zombies you have to. Otherwise you stay low, fortify your base, and occasionally travel out to get supplies, find other survivors.
Also, I just put up a live chat for developers and people that want to chat with developers here:
http://www.uberleben.webs.com/
Enjoy!
Wow... almost 1000 views on a minecraft forum topic.
Edit it if you want :3 and is this what you wanted?
I do.

We want more people for this game.
Might be a while before we get the earliest version but it would be nice to have testers yes.
Also, suggestions on this page would be nice.

I'm on the irc now if anybody wants to talk.
Now that sounds like a tasty game.
