Dr. Schassen finished his meal (with some difficulty because of the mask), paid for his meal, then left for home, which was oh-so-conveniently located next-door to the city hospital. Once he arrived, he immediately headed over to look at what was on the news.

That laughter soon cut out when Schassen threw an egg out of the window at the prankster, and a few moments later, the TV switched back on to the discovery channel. Nothing better than kicking your feet up and watching a Deadliest Warrior episode.

"Sure," Hunter said, "There's a shortcut through the woods here, so we could get there 20 mins tops. I could run there in 10, 5 mins, but I don't want to leave you behind."
Schassen looked blankly at the announcement for a while, then grumbled about how the city won't let a man have a break for even 10 minutes. Setting the episode he was watching to record, he got up to go drive to generic street. Maybe some other heroes had watched the broadcast and would go over there as well. There was a good chance a few of the braver police force would be wearing their underpants on the outside and inventing ridiculous names just so they could take part in the rescue.

"Hmm... Should I trick them into thinking that the "citizens" are heroes? Wait... I should move on, actually." Marcie said, as she walked into the powder room to become Marcus. After some moments later, he went to his garage to get his car, which is a decommissioned police car. He quickly started the car, and swiftly attempted to move to the Generic Street, while thinking of some plans.
((Generic street is what happens when the guys deciding about things get bored))
Generic street 55 looked like a normal apartment complex on the outside, but in reality underneath it lie a large facility spanning six floors underground and teeming with the newest technology and elite soldiers.
Most of these soldiers were armed with non-lethal weapons, gas masks and night vision goggles, ready to subdue the heroes who'd dare to infiltrate the base. The whole game was obviously a high risk high gain gamble and an obvious trap. However the stakes were so high that no hero would be able to resist this trap. The hostages were kept in the deepest part of the lowest floor and guarded by former heroes - now villains. The hostages themselves were all equipped with collars that contained either an explosive or a lethal injection as to increase the difficulty of rescuing them without participating in the game.

Zero reached the roof of the broadcasting tower along with his two men as the police broke into the tower. The two soldiers prepared their assault rifles and prepared charges of C4 to the entrance of the roof as Zero dressed in his wingsuit.
As the police forces moved to the top of the staircase Buff detonated the explosives while Scruff started spraying gunfire at the cops. Zero jumped and took a steep angle, effectively gliding over the police forces below unnoticed. As he hit the ground he rolled to minimize the impact.
Few minutes later Zero got up. He had missed the landing zone set up for him by a bit and instead rolled to a bunch of trashcans and blacked out. He picked up a phone located on the LZ and dialed a number as he walked towards generic street.
"Wait... It looks like a high-skate trap. Let's make up a Simulation X instead of the usual Simulation A to C. " Marcus spoke, as he was nearing the apartment/trap. He decided to go to a shopping mall around Generic street 70 to 73. He decided to improvise few things before the raid. First, he bought some thumbtacks, super glues and rolls of paper for a improvised spike strip. Then he decided to obtain fireworks for sounds, before deciding to go back to his home. He created some improvised spike strips, before actually thinking about the "Simulation X".

A grunt walked into the room and whispered something to sky. She smiled once he finished and left before she turned to everyone in the room with a smirk, "Looks like we have a excellent opportunity to test run this new toy. Were sending them to Generic street 10, one of the places with the strangest names."
"Yes master, we'll send in Beta squad. A total of six: two N-class C, and four N-class R. All systems green and ready to deploy platform class V. Protocol code nine initiated."
On another monitor showed a helicopter taking off. It appeared as a long sleek, and rather flat helicopter. It had side doors on the side and strangely made little sound, the cockpit being difficult to see due to the glass being tinted. It was colored completely black, with the exception of the watch's symbol on the sides and appeared to have no weapons. It then commenced to its destination.

Several minutes later, the "condition" part of the "Simulation X" was completed.
It basically pretends that the base has many traps, with all the guards wearing a gas mask and a heat/night vision and armed with non-lethal weapons, with most of them also wearing a body armor. Marcus states that they uses non-lethal weapons for the laughs. Additionally, the elite soldiers has super powers of varying strengths, with the captured peoples being hard to rescue simply because of the "for the laughs" premise. Marcus decided to note that the building has a self-destruct button for the laughs.
But why she wanted to make up a plan that would be exaggeration of a villainous prison? Because he needed more margin.
"Oh wait..." Marcus said, as he was fixing his "Simulation X" to have even more margin.
The simulation now pretends that everyone is a full-armored elite soldiers, with superpowers of varying levels. However, he also nullified "something to make the rescue harder, because it is still hard.
"Actually...", he spoke again as he changed the simulation again.
Now, the base is filled with traps that are dangerous that may or may not kill, with soldiers using weapons that is likely lethal. While the depth of the actual building is unknown, he pretended that it is still a underground base, so he can't simply improvise a explosive item to blow the mooks up.
"More margins.", he spoke for the third time, shortly before hopefully finalizing the things up.
Now, the hostages may be rigged with explosives as a trap, and the mooks has a lethal weapon, used to kill inturderes. The base would be a complex maze with trap doors and traps, so the heroes will have no chance.
"Wait... this is meaningless if we decided to have more margins. Let's arrange the Simulation C instead.", he said as he erased whole "Simulation X", and brought a piece of paper.
