I believe this is what was shown on one of the livestreams of the people who set up the "Herobrine" hoax.
They acted like their game crashed and then a screen popped up with a steve head, but real eyes looking around everywhere very quickly.

I don't know if this is the specific one or not, but it sounds pretty close.

Me: Ugh, another one of these?
Me: Fine. Can't hurt to try.

Me: WHAT THE TRUCK?!

And then I laughed for about 20 minutes.

What is it, herobrine or something?

I find this relaxing. The gentle movements in the eyes are really nice.

I've never seen the old Herobrine image before and I still cracked up.
