From what I've seen from observation, f is the distance that fog starts being drawn, because when you hit "F", that number gets cut in half.
e is the number of entities, with the first number being the number of entities visible to the player, and the second number being the total number of entities, with an "entity" being a mob or dropped item.
i somehow seems to be linked to the total number of entities since its always a little bit lower than e. Maybe the number of items on the ground?
