i am using crafty but just changing that part will let you run craftbukkit. My problem was whenever i try to add more memory it always said the java virtual machine thing. I looked all over and finally decided it was my java. I rebooted my system to get a "fresh restart" when i was downloading java i decided to make sure it was a 64 java instead of a 32. and hey what ya know? it works :biggrin.gif:

1. Download Minecraft.exe from www.minecraft.net
2. Save to your desktop as Minecraft.exe
3. Open Notepad
4. Copy and paste this in the notepad.
java -Xms650m -jar "C:\Documents and Settings\PUT IN YOUR COMPUTER NAME HERE\Desktop\minecraft.exe
5. Save as minecraft.bat to your Desktop
6. Run minecraft.bat and ENJOY !
