Here's a project I've been working on for a few months now: the town of Audale, A fantasy RPG inspired town. It is still mostly incomplete, but the Inn and Tavern are 100% done, as are the Wizard Tower, Tailoring Shop, and Government Office. I've got videos here showing it off, hope ya'll like it!
By the way, this was all made 100% without hacks or edits or anything like that. All materials gathered and placed by hand or pick or whatever :smile.gif:
Tower, Shop, and Office:
Inn and Tavern:
You can see in the background some unfinished buildings... I'd have more done but I tend to jump from building to building without actually finishing any of them.
EDIT2: since people also keep asking, YES I will be releasing the save for this town once it is finished! However, it is still going to be a lot longer, as I want to finish both the town center (all the buildings within the tall walls) as well as the surrounding area (mostly farmland and small houses for peasants).
I really like the tudor look you get with the wool and wood cosntruction. I think I may steal that idea. :smile.gif:

So, yeah. Minecraft is kind of like walking into a high-class auction with top security and a solid reputation only to find out that everyone else in the room is a mugger. Who explodes.

EDIT: since people keep asking, here's the texture pack I use: Misa's 64x64 Realistic

Including material gathering, about 8 to 10 hours total. Most of that was chopping wood :biggrin.gif:
These are circles.
Feel free! I was just going for a late middle ages / Renaissance look, so it's not really innovative or anything :smile.gif:

white wool.
Ah, thanks, your texture pack made it look like iron blocks to me :tongue.gif:
I also personally prefer smaller buildings, they're just more 'cozy'.
