The latest update to my red-stone world has been a Re-programmable door lock.
This means you can change the code required for the door by just pressing buttons!!
no need to re wire it.
I've only made it a 6 button lock with a sequence of 3 but its easy enough to change that.
It can have a code from 111-666 so it can have re-occurring numbers!!

If you would like to know the general gist of how it works feel free to ask and ill type up an explaination.
If you have any ideas for new redstone contraptions, Reply or PM me.
either, 12 or 24. 24 would be more challenging no? but i would just like to hear the chimes at the hour, it woulld make me oh so happy. and i forgot, for your reprogramable door lock: +

Ok, so, so far my plans are to have it chine once for every hour, Once for 1o'clock, Twice for 2o'clock
and a more subtle note every half hour. And im gunna make it 12 hour just for ease.
Well how are you actually gonna make it go off every hour automatically?
When the signal to count another hour is given (that is taken off the minute count) it will then send a pulse to the note box/boxes with bits of delay inbetween so they dont all sound at once.
Ok fixed the Mediafire Upload. and as for trying to explain how the clock works ill finish it tomorrow and upload the save. and you can ask questions then.
Ummmm... it doesn't work. I hit "reset" and then entered "1" and hit "1" on the keypad and nothing happened. So I destroyed the door, went inside, and read the signs about what happens when the door is destroyed. I then stepped on the pressure plates, and the door in front of me opened while the one behind me stayed open... I'm so confused.
Just forget about the bit inside the door about the trap, and the reason the door didn't open is that it requires a 3 number code not a 2 number code, i.e 111 not 11.

I was thinking more to have it under someones house.
Yeah, I wouldn't mind something like that. Or 12 hours.
I'll give it a think and get back to you on that, do you want it 12 hour display or 24 hour display, i.e 8:15pm or 2015.

In which part do you mean to have the delay, the chiming part or the counting part?
