Hey everyone! Direwolf20 here. I've been doing a lets play featuring these 3 mods (Plug: http://www.youtube.c...20?feature=mhee) A LOT LOT LOT of people have been asking for instructions on how to install these 3 mods together (plus a few more I use in my lets play). So I figured I'd post instructions here. FAQ Spoiler: I doubt these will work on 1.8, this requires Minecraft 1.7.3 -- 1.8 will probably require all mod creators to re-work at least SOME things I will not email you my minecraft.jar == thats against Notch's rules If you can't follow the incredibly easy instructions I've given you here, too bad! I will not make a mod compliation -- Honestly, these mods are all getting updated frequently PLUS I'd need exclusive permission from the mod creators to do it, and frankly, I don't want to bother them with it (nor do I want to take away their revenue stream from AdFly). These instructions may not work once Buildcraft, IC, or EE get updated. This only works with Buildcraft 2.1, Equivalent Exchange 3.5x, and IndustrialCraft 1.00 -- after they get updated, it might work or it might not. First, the links! Below are pre-req's. They are installed by putting them in your Minecraft.jar -- should be done first. Follow the instructions on their pages if you have any trouble. ModLoader, AudioMod, and Recipe Book Flan's ModLoader MP Minecraft Forge Next, the mods! Industrial Craft BuildCraft Equivalent Exchange -- USE THE MINECRAFT FORGE ONE! Portal Gun Mod Red Power Mod, also get Wiring, Logic, Lighting Wireless Redstone Convenient Inventory Treecapitator Ok, those are the MAIN mods featured in my Lets Play. Now, how to install them you ask? Easy. Follow the instructions! Thats 90% of it. The ONLY Conflict these mods have is block ID's, and to make things even EASIER for you, I've included the block ID fixes in this post! How nice of me. You only need to change Buildcraft's block ID's. Heres what I use, and it works great for me!
