Just wondering if this is actually possible because I created a massive world in singleplayer creative and I was just wondering if I can convert it into a multiplayer creative server in the future. Would like to know because I feel like further work on it is pointless unless I have people to share it with. Also would the use of mods affect a transfer into a multiplayer server?

I do, and I'm pretty sure you can.

Get to your .minecraft folder, find saves, and find the world.  Copy the folder to your server and delete your servers world.  Hope I helped :D and if possible could I join your server?

To do this go to .minecraft open the folder "saves" then copy and paste to desktop! Then drag and drop into Minecraft server! (Rename it to "world" for it to work!) And no, Mods have no affect!
