Razer Anansi Problem (Help)

I have the keyboard 'Razer Anansi' but I have a problem the software for it which I downloaded to customize the keyboard isn't working. I downloaded the 'Razer Anansi PC Driver v1.05' & 'Razer Anansi Firmware Updater v1.02' now when I use the 'Razer Anansi Configurator' it tells me 'No Razer Anansi connected. Application will now close.' but when I search my keyboard properties it tells me I am using the 'Razer Anansi' and that the device is working properly. I have unplugged the keyboard, restarted the the computer and even plugged the keyboard into different USB ports. Nothing I am doing is working so sense the minecraft community is huge! I figure why not come to you guys. I have tried the Razer Technical support but its sadly crap, and theirs no way of contacting them by instant chat only by phone which I don't plan on doing. Ok, so I made an account just so I could help you out. I just bought the keyboard today and I have the same problem. I managed to fix it. Assuming you're running on Windows 7, open your start button and go to "Devices and Printers" or something like that. You will be directed to a page displaying your devices. So then if you are having my problem, you will find your Anansi keyboard at the bottom with the "Unknown Devices". We want to change that, so go ahead and go to razersupport.com and download the driver. After restarting, go back to that "Devices and Printers" page and find your keyboard. Right click and go to the "Drivers" tab and let Windows search for the driver you installed. Windows will direct it to the keyboard and bingo! You have it.
