New Creeper Weakness

Jon recently tweeted that, "Yes creepers are running in the new ai system now. However they have a new weakness now..."

What do you think the new weakness could be?

Maybe one of the "no effect" potions will become useful in harming creepers?

Edit: The new weakness is cats. Creepers stay at least 7 blocks away. /thread

Why would you assume a "No effect" potion would harm a creeper?

I'd have to say a potion and/or water. Maybe even the new Ocelots? I'm taking wild guesses.

i think the useless splash potion. you cant make it with the other base potions so its very odd.

LOL! I'm thinking setting them on fire automatically makes them explode, and that being in water makes them unable to explode.

nah i don't think water because that's already the endermens thing. but the fire idea sounds legit.

I'd also guess Ocelots/Cats will protect you from creepers in the next update because a lot of people have been crying out for a use for them.

creepers really do need a new weakness beacuse their ai improved and people would get killed easier.

A new mob ( Such as a velociraptor)should be fast enough to pwn creepers when you tame them with steak. Or the cake wakness they are both good

So how would it be a good idea to make the creeper´s weakness something you need nether equipment for? By the time you have blaze rods, you should have enough equip to not give much of a damn about creepers anymore, whilst the early game becomes even more biased.

Let's rather use something players at all stages of the game can use.
