How do I make a custom sword set entities on fire?

Check out all the properties of the enchantment that does that.

God. I don't know what is the worst.

10 people per day asking for swords that set entities on fire...
... or those 10 people not googleing to see that people already asked for it.

I will give you the code, but next time, GOOGLE IT or search through the forum. People already asked this and they were replied. You save a lot of people's time. Thank you.

Add this to your sword's code:
public boolean hitEntity(ItemStack itemstack, EntityLiving entityliving, EntityLiving entityliving1)
{
	itemstack.damageItem(1, entityliving1);
	entityliving.setFire(8);			
	return true;
}
