This looks like a completely awesome mod! I can't wait to try it on 1.4.5. What happened to the thread though? Just a few days ago, before the new update was announced, there was a list of humans and monsters. Where did it go?

This mod looks amazing, and I REALLY want to get it, but when I click the SKIP AD button on adfly and it starts downloading, it says that (filename).zip cannot be downloaded.
Am I doing something wrong? Or is there something wrong with dropbox?

I don't get what am I doing wrong. I installed everything just like it says to do, but it won't work. I don't get any black screen but there isn't any human spawning and I can't get to the quest thingy. I REALLY don't get why it won't work with me.

I wrote the mod again from scratch, I don't expect any of that information to be relevant anymore :P

This mod was one of my favorites awhile back so I downloaded it today to try out.

Current Minecraft 1.4.5 and latest forge.

No crashes, world spawned ok. Found the hunter NPC and did his first quest. No problems/crashes. I am noticing unlike the old version there seem to be no other humans spawning, just the hunter. Maybe a feature of this build?

Other than that so far so good.

pretty good but some of the color codes are showing instead of coloring there needs to be a bit more humans and i think they should have villages or something
for the most part i like it

just a quick compatability report here.

works with not enough items, InvTweaks, and steves carts.

but crashes with rei's minimap.
i'm thinking it's to do with the map tracking of entities.

hopefully you can fix this. the minimap is one mod i consider "core" for myself.

i'm also hoping your world gen stuff meshes well with mods like millenair.

I seem to be getting a few crashes. I am using optifine ultra and the latest forge with this mod. At first I thought it had something to do with my optifine but I tried the mod without it installed and I still got a crash eventually. It is much more frequent with optifine installed though. The crashes only occur when starting a new map.

Thanks for reporting in, a fix will be applied for 3.0a3 coming out later today :)


Any flaw/bug mentioned will be checked over, but do remember I don't have time to test AND code it, so that's where all of you that have problems need to speak up and make me aware of said problems so I can code a fix asap! :)

Colouring has been fixed for the next update.
There were only a few for testing, this is not the Full Release.
Full Release plans include Generation of settlements and buildings populated with Humans.

will new buildings be generated after world gen or only when a chunk is created? and if npcs will create new buildings, will they instantly appear or will they be built block by block over time? i personaly prefer the latter.
