Installation!
1. Download Modloader Here!
2. Download Glasscraft above!
3. Download CreativeAPI here!
4. Pick Texture Pack
5. Locate Minecraft.jar
6. Open minecraft.jar with winrar
7. Drag all of the contents of modloader inside minecraft.jar
8. Drag all of the contents of the texture pack chosen for Glasscraft into minecraft.jar
9. Drag all of the contents of the CreativeAPI into the minecraft.jar.
10. Start Minecraft and Enjoy

Just for Info :
At time there three mods with colored glass. One outdated on 1.8.1.
Two outdated on 1.0.0. One of this will maybe updatet this friday.

Hope, you are doing it anyway. I need colored glass :)

Another question :
Give this, if there more features aviable,
an all-in-one-mod ore all things separately ?

Is this other mod compatible now? I really would love to have this. Especially when colored glass gets added. I play with the Millenaire mod and having colored glass on the cathedral would be EPIC win. Also i think you should re-texture the clear glass to be clear instead of the way the base game glass looks. Also the colored glass should be clear too. If you need texture help i would be glad to help ^_^


Secondly i dono if it is possible or not but you mentioned glowing glass up there... I wonder... Say for example you do implement colored glass, and you have a room, and you make a window with green glass, Is there anyway that the glass glow would be green? Give ambient lighting ya know? Something like this:




Only the stained glass would glow that color instead of torches. Or have torches do it if you can that would be cool too lol ^_^ Still cant wait to see this done with glowin glass or with out. Geting glass back is great either way!

Some minds from me...

for "Neoncraft"-Theme :

The idea from Begothprincess is nice, but why not make it "neon-Light-style" ?
Powered with redstone, so it can be turn off/on with a switch. Separately to normal colored glass.
For the "neon-Lights" then a bit other recipe.
Example :
:Glass: :Ham: :Glass:
:Glass: :--+: :Glass:
:Glass: :GP: :Glass:

:GP: = "colorpowder"
:Ham: = Redstone

mh.. what is with light-cable, like fiber optic cable where can turn off/on
not the big glass-block, i mean a really cable optic or neon-light-tubes,
where can be taken on walls, grounds, ceiling, under water ...
then with crossings, curves, points and so on,

disco-ground, light-marquee, theme-park, and more ... some things, where is good for ;)

for "Glasscraft"-theme :
- statues, skulptures
- furnitures
- other dekoratives

Would you make the glass transparent? damn i don't know the word :/...i mean that the entire glass skin should have the "fill" color thingy depending on the certain glass color. you know what i mean? Sorry for my bad english xD
EDIT:if you change the glass to what i explained here i will mostly download the mod.
