"You" don't contact Jeb. If he wasted all his time listening to every player that had a suggestion there would never be another update because he wouldn't have time to work on the code.

He actually does respond to users on twitter. Its all over his wall. Ive heard notch uses reddit from time to time as well, but from what I've heard they almost never come on these forums. but as I said before, please dont spam him with suggestions, because the more junk he gets, the less likely it is he will listen to us in the future.

thanks im having crashes on my mac on minecraft 1.3.2 its horrible now i can contact them aand tell them to fix it! (btw its both options singleplayer and multi)

If you have suggestions to make, try the suggestions section; see how others think about it before you try to contact someone in Mojang.
Anyways, I believe it is better to contact Dinnerbone than Jeb if you have suggestions to make.
