Mod Information:

This mod is a mod based on Lord of The Rings, the books and Movies!
It is going to add a lot of the features of the books and movies, like the monsters, weapons etc.
The things we're going to add are:
* Lots of mobs
* Some new blocks
* Quite some new items
* A big quest
* tons of mini quests
* A Massive Middle-Earth Map! (Check the server spoiler)
* Building blocks and style blocks implemented in the map
* Maybe a Special Texture Pack(Low priority)
* Hundreds of features we aren't uncovering yet

For all the jobs, we HIGHLY recommend that you have seen the movies, but it's also possible to see them while doing your work (I, Kyron, only started to watch them when joining this mod)

Skype is needed. (Although we only use it for the chat, NOT for voice-over-ip (= talking))

Modelers

Modelers should be familiar with Techne. That's almost all. Kyron can do Mob animation so it's not needed to know how to do that. No java experience required. You just got to make awesome models

You only have to build well

We have a server to build a map of Middle-Earth that this mod is going to include when finished. If you want to be on the whitelist you should post an application form (see above).

Donators wíll get some extra features (just some small things) in the mod, this doesn't mean that you have to pay to get mobs or something, but an example could be that on a SMP version of the mod they have a donators cape or something while other people will have to fight XXX ammount of mobs to get another cape. We aren't forcing anyone to donate so we will never say "You will have to pay to be able to see that mob" or something similar. It's just a small way for us to say thank you to supporters

Please notice that you don't have to pay to get this mob and it's contents!

Middle-Earth map:

It's gonna be big, very very big. Something near 3.000 blocks wide and 2.400 blocks in length. With around it a wide border of void and around that a bedrock wall. If I can get Robinton's height converter to work it also will be 512 blocks high instead of 128. It's going to include almost every mayor place from the books and movies wich will be in an other scale than the rest of the map to balance things out between walking distance and details.

Well, it isn't really in the wrong category (although there aren't any pictures yet, which, of course, must be in the OP and will be in about a few minutes),
but if someone says, after seeing the page

"wrong catecory, this is not a mod, move to servers."

that means he saw that we meant that it was a mod, saw the whole OP and then was sure that it isnt a mod, but this isn't a map, it is a mod. So he should have seen it if he looked a little bit longer at the OP. Maybe, it's because the title "Server" appears above the mod's contents. Let's keep this topic friendly

Wij hebben al heel veel commentaar gehad, in onze andere post in de WIP mods. Deze mod staat gewoon in de goede categorie, dus. als je ons triest vind, vinden wij dat niet erg, wij haten op haters!

We already had alot of comments, in our other post in the WIP mods. This mod is in this section on the correct place, so. if you think we're pathetic, we don't care, we hate on haters.
