What started as a handful of textures made for a pixel art challenge has now evolved into a pack that I can confidently say embodies some of my best artwork. It has been a great challenge for myself to complete these textures, and I hope you all will enjoy it as much as I do.

This pack has a warm, rustic, whimsical, and slightly medieval feel, and is made for those of us who like to live on the up-beat side of life. Here you'll find summery overtones and playful designs, all wrapped up in 16x goodness. If you don't like something, feel free to suggest an alternate. And as always, comments and feedback are greatly appreciated. Or hey, just drop by to say hello. :]

Fun Fact: 99% of this pack was made using pixel art. Gospel truth.

-Make videos using this pack Posted Image
-List this pack as the recommended pack for your map
-Spam the internet with screenshots from this pack
-Post this pack to your foreign language website. Please do not put the zip file itself up for download! Just link back to this page or the customizer page.

DO NOT:

-Use any of these textures/alternates in your remix/compilation/best-of pack. You can remix as much as you want for yourself or your server, but DO NOT post said remix for other people to download.
-Use any of these textures/alternates as placeholders. There are plenty of packs that you can pull from, and if they are just placeholders it shouldn't matter anyway.
-Take any of these textures/alternates and change one pixel/flip them upside down and claim that they are yours.
-A general rule of thumb: If it feels too similar, it probably is.
-Put an adfly link (or any other method of collecting money) on this pack.

Nice and rich colors! Liking it a lot.  :D

Since the pack is warm in color with lots of browns, maybe Shades of Rust could work?  :)

I absolutely love the furnace and doors. Everything else is amazing too, but those really caught my eyes. This and enchanted are my favorites by you :)

Fun Fact 2: Pack name is herp-derp because I honestly couldn't think of a name besides 'warm and rustic'. The art for this pack has a certain feel, but not a specific theme, which has made the naming process rather difficult. So I decided to pull a Doku and name it after myself. B) (If anyone can think of a better name, go ahead a verbally head-slap me with it.)

Simply Spectacular? :D

Loving this, Steel. Perhaps Toasty, since toast goes such a nice shade of brown when done. :P

I was wondering if I would ever see these textures published. :)

Everything looks awesome as always.

All of her other packs are 32x you should check them out. Enchanted especially as it is the closest to the feel of this pack.

Wow, love it. It's a lot more straight up RPG than enchanted. One little thing though. The chest seems a bit bright next to the other dark wood. SO lets see, you now have... 5 stunningly beautiful WIP packs. Well done.

I absolutely love this except for the snow covered grass. Maybe its only me but I personally don't like it swooping super low. I like it to be consistent.

Also the chest is too bright. NOT ITS NOT. ITS BEAUTIFUL

Since there were so many comments, I'm only going to reply to the ones that need a response. But rest assured I appreciate every 'good job' you guys posted.  :RFlower:

Sorry, I'm not very good with RPG. Mostly because I don't play RPG's. :\
Glad you like it, though!

Hey, it's Wayuki! HI WAYUKI! I lurv your stuff
Thanks for dropping by. I like 'Shades of ___' but I'm not sure about rust, because that suggests broken-down and semi-apocalyptic to me....I'll have to sit in my thinking chair and think about it some more.

(Or I could just go with 'Brownulated', hurrr :P)

Mmm, toast..... *drool*

What were we talking about? Oh yes. How about... Shades of Toast!!! (lol)

But seriously, I like the idea of Toasty. *Puts into idea pile*

RPG...? Well, if you say so.

And as for the chests-- I tried making them a bit darker, but then it just looked awkward. They grow on you, I promise. :)

Also the chest is too bright.

It's meant to look like icicles hanging from the grass.
