This is NiceGUI (Nice-GOO-ee). It is based upon ideas by buggy715's work and makes the GUI look nicer.

The Word of Notch Updates automatigically, the Server Download and Run (and Configure) all work version-independent (I ran a 1.1 server from a 1.0 build successfully for a few days of testing), 'Continue' resumes your last world that you played, and the Loading screen (sadly I have no pics) displays a random picture from your screenshots folder, as well as a nifty little hint.

I have also made navigation quicker and easier instead of option screens within option screens if you like shortcuts, and the 3D background on the main menu now uses up about half of the CPU it used to (if my maths is correct).

Latest update improvements:

-Added world filters for easier world selection
-Minetips no longer overlap
-Main menu uses half of the CPU power as before
-Added small versioning system to Minetips to automatically let you know when an update is out
-Added Settings system for customization of GUI
-Removed links that are offline
-Update Alerts
-World Deletion works again (Last played world requires two deletions to clear all data)

No download link. Please post a normal download link. Your 'click the image to download' doesn't work.

I would definitely use this, (if it is a legit mod) except for this one issue.

I would like to suggest creating a new UI for the single player world selection screen.

Something to condense the horizontal scroll into more of a Window's thumbnail view.

Just an idea to toss around.

Joining a multiplayer server crashes the game... I really like this mod a lot. Especially how it reduces CPU usage at the main menu. The tips that use your screenshots is amazing as well. Funny, I had a screenshot i accidentally took when I found gold and the Tip said "Gold is usually found at level blahblahblah" .

can also confirm this mod hangs mc when trying to access a server..

its a pity i realy like the look of this - i hope you sort it

Question: Does this mod interfere with any of the following? If there is, can you try to add compatibility?
- Modloader
- AudioMod
- TooManyItems (I use this to check all my other mods )
- Optifine (Hopefully when the newer version is released, but probably not possible to check when this is posted)
That's pretty much it...Anyway, Nice mod, and it also doesn't give me to much CPU Usage on the Main Menu.
I love how everything is...But with just 3 mods installed (ModLoader, TooManyItems, AudioMod) It seems theres incompatibility...BUT NICE MOD! So many new features while lowering CPU usage for me at the least

Actually, with only that mod in (No ModLoader), it always crashes when I try creating a new world...Does anyone else have this problem?

Crashed when loading/creating joining worlds any ideas?

Fresh Clean Just-force-updated .jar, no other mods installed except Modloader

EDIT: Fixed after creating a world witout the mod, and then loading it with the mod installed.

Quick Feedback, I love the random screenshot in the loading menu, but It loads so fast that I can't appreciate it, neither read the Mine-tip at all: Suggetion, Finishes Loading world > Flashing text: "Press spacebar to continue" (SWTOR like)

Hmm, I like the concept, but right now there seems to be a lot of issues, such as crashing upon joining a MP world. Looks promising though!

EDIT: Ah, that's just one error that's occurring. That's probably related to the create world bug.
