[1.1] Mountable Blocks 1.3

Mountable Blocks is an API for easy creation of blocks that you can sit on. There are other mods out there that does the same but this is my take on it.

Why use Mountable Blocks?
+ It is easy to use for modders and players alike.
+ No classes are changed or overridden.
+ It has fully customizable mounting positions.

In the download is a Readme with more instruction on how to make your own mountable blocks. All .java files are commented for the interested.

Mountable Blocks 1.3 for Minecraft 1.1: Download

Note on the 1.3 update:

Mods made with version 1 and 1.1 are compatible with 1.3. To update your mod simply replace the old Mountble Block files with the new ones. Version 1.3 adds multiplayer support and general code cleanup.

Mountable Blocks RC1 for Minecraft 1.0: Download
This is a beta version of Mountable Blocks that works with Minecraft 1.0.

[1.1] Seatable Chairs 1.3 [ModLoader]

Seatable Chairs add five chairs you can sit on by right-clicking. The chairs are added with ModLoader which is required. The multiplayer version also requires ModLoaderMp. This mod is mainly for showcasing what Mountable Blocks can do and includes the necessary files from it. You do not need to download Mountable blocks separately to use this mod. More information, including recipes, is in the Readme.

Seatable Chairs 1.3.1 SSP only update: Download
This update enables configuration of blockIDs in single player using the config file. Stability may be impacted by using this update. Do not download unless you want to change the blockIDs using the config file.

There is no version of Seatable Chairs specifically for Minecraft 1.0. To make Seatable Chairs work in Minecraft 1.0 you need to install the two class files from Mountable Blocks RC1 after Seatable Chairs. It should work but no guaranties.

That is a chair, I believe.

It has the same dimensions as a pressure plate but don't be fooled. It doesn't make a clicking sound when you sit on it.

ah nice mod, i found out the recipes without looking although i only downloaded the Seatable chairs mod, you should add all coloured wool to the seats and maybe even block sort of seats of your own kind of texture

Only new adjustment for 1.1.0 is don't change clients getVersion() to version for the server. Mojang fixed that odd method call (finally).

i can place the blocks, but when i try to sit on it, it freezes and says "Saving Chunks".

That could be caused by a many things. I have experienced it with the Seatable Stairs but after restarting Minecraft it worked again. Unfortunately I don't really know how to fix errors I can't reproduce. If you can get me a log of the error from somewhere I might be able to pin it down.
