Try using the surroundings of the town to create a name.
For Example, I had a town that had a large man made waterfall near it, and the town was in between two small mountains. So I named it Waterfall Valley.

I name my towns after myself 
Jessicaville and Jessica Town. not original in the slightest but its good times.
