This is the problem:
Whenever I start my minecraft IDresolver window pop-up with a message "Item hook is disabled or not working, Item ID conflict will not be resolve correctly" then it start my minecraft, i click singleplayer, select my world, it loads my world then it crashes because Items ID conflicts.
I Forece updated minecraft, installed my mods again, And the same.
It will be pretty cool if you could help me.
