To the OP, while yes this has been done before its still a great idea, and I particularly like your idea of different strengths of the ore - though five seems a bit excessive. Have you looked into the use metadata so as to only add and use one new block ID?

Experium is really too common, you should look into decreasing the spawn rate, and perhaps change the levels at which it can generate. Just running around the surface of the world for a day in-game days I'm already up to level 30 just because there's so much of on the surface.

thanks for the download! and i realized this and fixed it. the ores are at least half as common now. it will be up for download as soon as the MCP for 1.1 and the modloader come out.

Such a simple concept but such a USEFUL mod! I play mainly on peaceful so this is EXTREMELY handy. Thank you so much and thank you for the fast update for 1.1!

Can you tell me what the block IDs are the mod uses?

On a related but somewhat off topic note - does aynone know a tool, that can list all the block IDs of a current minecraft installation? That would save a lot of time when throwing together different mod packs into one Minecraft install.

Wow great mod, I always thought that it took a little too long to make high level enchantments. It also helps for the people who don't like fighting or making an exp farmer.

Hey guys, I started sorta of a Let's Play series using this mod. Just to show how awesome this mod really is and how cool it looks. I also have some mods installed and showcasing it in "Real Life" situations. This Let's Play is what im calling a "Quiet" Let's Play because there is no commentary.
