Hello all! I do not know many of you, and you do not know me because I'm a lurker,
but I have seen some positive things in this section,
so I have decided to try my hand at modding. The following Mod(s) will be my first steps into
modding things besides textures and models.
So if it seems too simple, I apologize. Thank you for taking interest in my mod(s)!
Also, all my mods will be open source. I like sharing. (But mostly so people can laugh at my code.)

Golden Bow adds a new bow(animated) and new arrows to Minecraft.
The Gbow fires two arrows, only consuming "Enchanted Arrows."
Has 75 uses before breaking. (150, 2 per shot.)

maybe that the fired arrows give light because you use glowpowder
When I add the seperate EntityEnchArrow Entitity, I will add a particle effect either onUpdate or inGround so that it emits particles. Would be a nice little effect. I'm not sure if i want it to create "light."
No i did not. That would mess with other mods, and create compatibility issues.
I also have no idea how to code the frames without editing Items.png
I could not find a work around, although it does animate a little bit.
The arrow does not appear on the bow when firing, and it does not update "frames",
but the string still looks like its pulling back.
I wonder how i can make an explosion that doesn't blowup blocks,
but only hits like say, entities, or mobs.
Still a little new to this
EDIT: I used this to animate it. I think.

seems awesome! do the arrows go parallel or do they get further from each other as they fly? it seems prety good but you should add more bows and update to 1.1

Yes, it shoots two arrows at a higher velocity, at the cost of having to use gold.
The bow also has less durability. I tried to make it balanced.
ALSO: This forum account is fresh, so I only have a few posts remaining.
I will try to talk in edits, but we shall see.
