Direwolf20, I love your mod setup and videos. For my own playing experience, I felt I needed some structure so that I would be able to better learn the mods while I play and not fall into the temptation to just build the stuff you showed us how to build in the order of your let's play. So, I created a challenge using a modified version of your setup, which I think will help me, and which I hope will inspire other people to spend time learning these mods as well. For my challenge I added Extra Bees, Vis Bees, Runic Dust Mod, and Green Stone Wire Mod (there were just enough free block ids to do it).

Probably to reduce the amount of resources the extra ones would use. I currently have all but Mystcraft Nuclear Control and Doggy Talents, but have Single Player Commands added, so that many mods (around 42-43 including the jar mods) makes things bog down FPS-wise when I am generating new chunks.
On another subject, a few days ago, I had a crash related to video card drivers in which some of my EE2 GUIs seemed to be missing. After saving my world and relaunching Minecraft, the "bad video card drivers" error message appeared and I had to reboot to play again.
This reset my achievements again, but it also reset all of the Vis/Taint levels in my world. I went back to some Tainted areas where I had placed a few scrubber setups, and the levels there were all quite low. The last of these was over ocean, right offshore of a desert biome, and some of the sand was still tainted, but slowly returning to normal. Since the 2 scrubbers I had put there still had some usage left on their tainted crystals being depleted, I did not dismantle them.
In a way, this reset was an unexpected bonus because areas I thought still had high Taint levels were no longer as such. And not only that, I was able to successfully retrieve all 4 Concentrated Evil and Quicksilver Core upgrades from the condensers I took down. Even with a Potency II enchantment, the Wand of Reversal is not 100% successful. You will still on occasion lose an upgrade or Runic Essence.
But with the levels being reset, it means I am going to need to do some more exploring in already generated chunks to be sure no new Taint infections have occurred.
so you did wind up to have your sorting maschien already full... and i was the whoole episode like "dire, WHY U NO cover up that floor :(" and then he did!
In one of the Minecraft Survival forum threads, someone noted that chickens have an unnatural attraction to cauldrons, and will try to jump into them if placed on the ground. This attraction proves to be fatal in the case of Thaumcraft2's crucibles, as they are destroyed instantly upon jumping into one.

I do not know him personally but i really like the work he has done considering the number of packs and the work he has put into them. Please consider looking at this pack, the textures are amazing and offer HD textures for 33 mods, THIRTY-THREE, as far as i know the most complete compilation of modded textures there is and all in 128x128.
Have problem install all mods and new config from 80 epizod but my NEI's don't work all rest work fine ;]

Also, is it possible to make keep all mobs from coming to a region? Interdiction torches work for hostiles, but not passive ones. I wanted something to keep any thing from going over my pressure plates causing trouble.

First off I love what you so and believe you should stay doing things like you are now. I have recently started wanting to make my own mod pack to use, and figured to model it after your Let's Play mods (only 8 mods or so fewer). There is only one problem, Minecraft crashes. I am using MultiMC for my modding needs, I am using Forge 3.3.8.168 (the newest), therefore I am not using Modloader, ModloaderMP, nor AudioMod. I would like to get to using these mods. Any help from the community is appreciated.

What type of computer are you using, you obviously have multiple tasks running at the same time and experience little lags when changing "ages" , because im using and alienware mx18x and have massive lags

It's safe, it's just Chrome being paranoid. I use Chrome and just ignore that error.

I believe he introduces most of them in Episode 10. Some are used later in the season, but I forget when episodes. It is sometime during the 15-20 range where he starts adding the autocrafting tables and crafting logistics pipes to his system, IIRC.

Alright thanks. In my testing world I have a massive basement that 29x19x20 (lwh) that I want to fully automate with Logistics Pipes.
I actually went ahead and started a new world, and instead of using steam engines right away, I powered my fermenter with a biogas engine. They can run on water, if you don't mind continuously using lava, so I put two buckets in there. That worked great, and with only one bucket of lava and one apatite for fertilizer, I managed to ferment all my spare saplings and wheat, producing enough biomass that I could pump it out and have the engine fuel itself. I'm now ready to run my thermionic thingy and build some farms! I'm just clearing basement space to set up a peat bog and wheat farm, followed soon by a moistener and possibly a mushroom farm. I might even try to set up a tree farm in the basement, and see how well it does.
But first, I'd probably better set up a water pump for my fermenter if I want to not have to play bucket brigade for half an hour or more at a time.

Loving the single-player so far.. Gotten some great ideas from your builds In fast, last night I replicated your Season3 reactor configuration with a few modifications:
* Used a simple Condenser/Collector to make Ice
* Used logistics pipes and BC gates to move Lapotrons through the MFSU's for Charging. Works great, and faster than wooden/sneaky pipes. It does, however, take 2 pipes on each one:
* On input (to load Empty Crystals) : Provider Pipe on the chest, and Supplier Pipe on the MFSU.
* Out output (to store FUll Crystals) : Logistics CHassis with an Extractor set to Top or Bottom (depending if this is a charging or discharging station), and a basic Logistics with Default Route on the Chest.. Then put an Iron Or Gate on the the Extractor to Disable the PIpe if Charging Empty or Charging Partial.
Then just reverse this for Discharging stations..
Can't wait to see what all you come up with for EE!
