THE PACK HAS NOW MOVED TO DOKUCRAFT, THE SAGA CONTINUES.
THIS MEANS MORE UPDATES, MORE OFTEN, MORE CHOICE.
GET IT HERE:http://www.minecraft...page__st__11360

Minidoku is a 16x16 re-imagining of Dokucraft. It offers all the style of doku but keeps the famous art style of minecraft in the game. Original PhanTango  created mini dokucraft, but just before minecraft's release he decided it was time to pass on the metaphorical torch. After a fierce competition (just me) of who will take over the pack, I gained control. After a series of setbacks I am now releasing Minidoku.

1) Download the pack here.(not adfly)
2) If you want the custom water and lava, you should patch your game using either the HD patcher or Optifine, which can also give you a FPS boost.
3) Place the zip file in your texture packs folder.
4) Select it from the in-game menu and play!

Please leave any feedback possible, I don't get much time to work on the pack and if I can get a rough idea of what people don't like, I can change them first. :Skeleton:

Yes! It's back again.

Well here are some problems that i found.
  • blue dot on the watermelon item
  • coldren texture is broken
  • blue dot is also present on the glistening watermelon item
  • not a fan of ender protal frame, dosn't look good and the ender eye has some transparent spots on it

Other than that and the no textured things, its looking great.

Yeah, but those aren't big deals for now. I noticed the cauldron error because my brewing room was where I last was.

Other than that, good job at updating MiniDokucraft! Your fellow crappy-PC users thank you!  :Diamond:

Awesome. I'm glad it's being continued. It's my go-to texture pack when I'm not using something else.

I'll will fix them tomorrow. Also finish off the rest of the items. As for the ender portal, I kind of agree with you. It's not the best looking thing in the world. I will try some new things and maybe you can give me your opinion.(thanks for the great feedback, it's much appreciated) :Skeleton:

At this point it feels as if Dokucraft has become more of a genre than a single pack. :/

Some textures are the original dokucraft textures, just reduced to a smaller amount of pixels with a few tweaks, and any textures after doku finished are mine or Phantangos.

Agreed, there are too many Doku packs out there, it is just becoming a cluster at this point >.<

Very nice pack. I've linked it at Minecraft Lab. Regarding too many Doku packs out there, yes there are many, but so very few are keeping up with Minecraft updates (1.0.0) for 16x packs. This is the only decent and updated one I could find after much searching. I was horrified to learn that ClipTy dropped his DokuClip pack.. It was awesome.
There are certain things about this pack I like better than Clip's (the gui's). The stone however is VERY loud. I get it that you want numerous block to build structures with, but whilst in a cave.... it looks... very busy. My 2 cents is to still texture up stone with pattern, but neutralize it a bit more.
Thanks for the great pack, It made my day. I'll feature it on an upcoming video.

Hurrah, my favorite pack is back from the grave!  Excellent work, Bradley.

Edit:

Noticed a disparity between the color of snowed-on grass and bare grass.

Never noticed that. Thanks. I'm not sure how much I can do due to the fact that side grass changes with biome transition and snow covered side grass doesn't, but I will try something. :Skeleton:

Zombie seems to be missing?

Also do you think you could make the chicken brown or orange, as it seems your going for more natural theme with the animals.

Otherwise your doing great!

Sweet, change the icon (when you choose texture packs), to a 16x version of the original icon though. That would make so much more sense.

Nice work.

Thank you for this. The only computer I have is a single-core laptop that runs Minecraft at like 25 FPS, so having a 16x Dokucraft rather than a 32x pack really makes the difference. ^_^

I once played real life. The graphics were okay. The gameplay sucked though.

Did the other Mini version die? I didn't notice since I use Dokucraft The Saga Continues.

Yay it's back! I am thankful that this texture pack is up and running. While using it I found that the diamond armor doesn't have it's original texture. (The original texture from Phantango's.) And if you can, can you give a texture for the chain-mail armor, please? Thanks for all this. :D
