I think sence we cant move end portals to another location, i'd figure we should craft them. it would be made like this:

:Turquoise:  :Turquoise:  :Turquoise:
:feather:  :feather:  :feather:
:feather:  :feather:  :feather:

:feather: = Endstone
:Turquoise: = green/lime wool

In order to make one you still have to do all the things you have to do to kill the enderdragon. Going to the neather, finding a stronghold, eye of enders, killing the enderdragon (cause you can't exite alive with your endstone without killing the dragon).

Why did i pick this way to make it? Well, when looking at a end portal frame it appears to be endstone with a green cloth on top and a hole in it. I didnt add any ender pearls/eye of enders because you will need to use an eye of ender to activate it.

What use would going back to the end have? If you ever want more endstone, kill lots of ender for ender pearls, easy access to TONS of obsidian, forgot that dragon egg, and anything that will be added to the end in futur content.

I think making it is too cheap, but seeing all you have to do to get the stuff i think it's balanced. you have to find diamonds, get obsidian, find and kill blazes, kill endermen, find a stronghold, and kill the enderdragon.

Because end portles can't be destrode, i have two ideas to fix this:

after you kill the ender dragon ALL enderportles will be able to be broken (even stronghold ones)
-OR-
Only player made enderportles will be able to break.

With both ideas the end portle frame will act like obsidian and when broken will drop a portle frame block and a eye of ender if one was already place in it.

Uhhh, green wool?

And you cannot exit the End without killing the dragon, or yourself.

Beware if you give me coffee.

How about moss stone instead of wool? It adds a new level of challenge.

The point of the End portal is to provide a gateway into the End, where you can thus complete the game.

Why make an end portal block that you have to place specifically, replant ender eyes, and end up on a platform of enderstone some distance from the mainland?

to build stuff?

use the end portal you were provided.

for decoration?

use TMI or the like.

ya, cause i think the green stuff on top of ender portle frames are just green cloth laid onto the top of it.

"And you cannot exit the End without killing the dragon, or yourself"

Exactly, so it forces you to kill the enderdragon before you can make your own end portle

as for Founded1992, you do have to kill the enderdragon, but then after that its like you never even went into the end. Read the resons to go back to the end, and i don't want to have to travel FAR away from my epic house just to visit the end.

EDIT: ou can never complete the game, you can "beat it" (not really though), but you can never fully complete minecraft

How about the top being 3 ender eyes, middle 3 mossy cobble, bottom 3 end stone. If it was added that would be my recipe, yet I don't want to see it added. I want end portal to stay deep in strongholds.

i wouldnt put eye of enders in there because you have to insert a eye of ender to acivate it anyways, plus i don't see any harm in letting you create one. i mean you already have to kill the ender dragon, i don't see any bad things that would happen, because you are able to get easy access to endstone and obsidian, and a enderdragon egg if you forgot it. It would be a pain to find the stronghold again, as for you'll need even more eye of enders if you didnt make a pathe the first time

due to end portles being indrustible (i forgot they did that), all end portles will be destructible after the enderdragon is defeated (the ones in strongholds too)

eather that or all end portle made by the player you can mine like obsidian and get the items back

No.

The end portals are indistructable for a reason. The End is only so big, it doesn't infinately generate like the nether does. Place in a portal anywhere else will likely cause you to be spawned far from the island itself and you would be forced to kill yourself to return to the overworld. There have even been cases where the portals, even as they are now, caused people to be spawned far from the intial island.

For this reason, not just the end, but all boss portals should be "Static" in nature

They are ment to be difficult to reach, not to be cakewalk.
it would be made like this:

:Turquoise:  :Turquoise:  :Turquoise:
:feather:  :feather:  :feather:
:feather:  :feather:  :feather:

:feather: = Endstone
:Turquoise: = green/lime wool
The crafting recipe makes somewhat sense. But....wool doesn't fit. Maybe dye only? Or ender pearls.

In order to make one you still have to do all the things you have to do to kill the enderdragon. Going to the neather, finding a stronghold, eye of enders, killing the enderdragon (cause you can exite alive with your endstone without killing the dragon).
Grammar, you are contradicting yourself because you forgot a 't.

Why did i pick this way to make it? Well, when looking at a end portal frame it appears to be endstone with a green cloth on top and a hole in it. I didnt add any ender pearls/eye of enders because you will need to use an eye of ender to activate it.
Good, logic.

What use would going back to the end have? If you ever want more endstone, kill lots of ender for ender pearls, easy access to TONS of obsidian, forgot that dragon egg, and anything that will be added to the end in futur content.
Which is possible as well at the moment.

I think making it is too cheap, but seeing all you have to do to get the stuff i think it's balanced. you have to find diamonds, get obsidian, find and kill blazes, kill endermen, find a stronghold, and kill the enderdragon.
Fair enough.

Because end portles can be destrode, i have two ideas to fix this:
't, AGAIN.

after you kill the ender dragon ALL enderportles will be able to be broken (even stronghold ones)
Why?
-OR-
Only player made enderportles will be able to break.
Why?

With both ideas the end portle frame will act like obsidian and when broken will drop a portle frame block and a eye of ender if one was already place in it.
Uhuh.

an acuall fact is that no matter wich portle you go into you will always apear at the same spot. try going into different stronghold and you will see what i mean. I think that they should only de difficult to reach untill you can kill the enderdragon, after killing the enderdragon i see no use for it to be difficult to reach just for endstone or tons of obsidian. I have horrible grammer so please forgive me on that. I think using dye is a good idea, but i just think that the top of an end portle looks like cloth being laid over it. But it could be something else if anything else fits. For the things you put "why?", i'm just trying to come up with ideas on how to move it, as for creating bedrock in survival would be horrible.

EDIT: ill fix some of my grammar mistakes

@Jellomob, you can NOT your YOUR topic to try to combat mine, however, saying that is the reason why you don't support could go.

Still, seeing no reason to travel ALL the way back to a strong hold, which could be LONG ways away from your house just to get some more endstone for what-ever reason you want it for. You already have to kill the enderdragon to make a portle and gather endstone.

Seeing as you have to travel to the End through a stronghold first anyway I don't see why not.
Besides that, one thing I've always wanted is to have the End portal blocks in creative.
No, there has never, ever been a sandbox game with a story or ending... except Grand Theft Auto... and Saints Row... and Red Dead Redemption... and Crack Down... and Assassins Creed...

I suppose that there is no real reason to return to that place besides mining obsidian and somewhat useless end stone...
Plus, the reason why the end portal is located deep in a stronghold is because there is no other reason to enter there besides eliminating the Enderdragon.

Exactly, after defeating the enderdragon the End signifiatley largly looses perpose to go there, making it so that traveling all the way back just to get endstone or farm obsidian isn't really worth it.

just bring an ender chest when you go the first time and fill it with what you want to mine from there.      Then shouldnt be a need to go back unless you happen to run out.
