You have Intel HD Graphics and still the game reports an error in the ATI driver.

Have Minecraft ever worked on your laptop?

So basically what you are saying is you haven't been able to play Minecraft at all on the laptop.
You buyed a laptop for home/office use which means
Write documents, presentation etc
Web browsing
Listening to music and watch videos
But are not capable on gaming except for games that comes with Windows (Solitaire, Minesweeper, FreeCell etc.)
Next time you buy a laptop check if it have either Nvidia or ATI graphics card and not Intel as it's not a real graphics card.

So I'm not available to play minecraft at all?

And i am available to play: Maplestory, Combat arms, why can't i play MineCraft?

As far as I know you won't be able to play Minecraft, but if you were able to play it you would only get about 10-15 FPS.

Combat arms uses DirectX which is a different engine than the one Minecraft uses (OpenGL)
Intel supports DirectX much better than it supports OpenGL.

The only way that lets you play Minecraft is forcing Minecraft to use OpenGL in software mode, but I don't know the command that turns on OpenGL software mode.

You also don't know how to find the OpenGL command, and if i can't play. Is it available to get my money back?

Mojang (Minecraft dev team) doesn't offer refund.
If you mean the laptop then I don't know as it depends on where you buyed it.

Not going to imply it might work but it sounds similar to this post http://www.minecraft...ror-please-help - try looking at the solutions, maybe the one of Cade_Bane at the end.

Hang on, there's things you can do.

You have  a Toshiba.  They come misconfigured.  You'll need to remove the bogus ATI drivers that are installed (you don't have an ATI card).   Then this particular crash will go away and it may be able to play  (or you may run into another issue with your Intel driver, but progress is progress, right?)

Follow these instructions

So basically what you are saying is you haven't been able to play Minecraft at all on the laptop.
You buyed a laptop for home/office use which means
Write documents, presentation etc
Web browsing
Listening to music and watch videos
But are not capable on gaming except for games that comes with Windows (Solitaire, Minesweeper, FreeCell etc.)
Next time you buy a laptop check if it have either Nvidia or ATI graphics card and not Intel as it's not a real graphics card.
i have ATI and it does the exact same thing on my computer
