Lol I think It will add some good gameplay even though the thought of it freaks me out just coming back to a base and a random person in there doing things lol or just staring at you and what you do lol

Pros: Awesome if it was really rare. Would be so scary but exciting at the same time to find a tunnel with torches and a deserted house. 
Cons: Would require A LOT of coding time which could have been put on something else. Once one player has found out about it it wouldn't be as special anymore.
Anyway, Notch has said he won't add Herobrine in the future nor is he in the game now.

i understand the coding part but think about if he is rare would be good! i know what you mean about the once somebody has found it it wouldnt be as special but still some people might miss a post or not belive it at first and i know that if you read about it you still would have to experience it yourself would be random lol

I Think he should be implemented but notch gives a little hint thats hes adding it. like in binary code or something.

I think it should be sorta rare not too rare.
If it is, it should also be sure that only one spawn at a time so it's as if there is only one Herobrine.
He should be fast, see you from far away, and Make out a horrifiing screech when he sees you to alert you.

No. It was a stupid thing to begin with.
Someone will notice him, post about it, then no one will care, but he will still pop up in game. Then, it will be this annoying repetition of an already annoying thing, that's annoying enough even on the forum of the game..

Normal people realize the joke is dead and move on

I'd think it would be hysterical if Notch included a Herobrine skin in a future update just to screw with us.
