But anyhow. This isnt so much a map as much as it is a game to play in minecraft. Im pretty sure is has been done before but maybe not like this.
The game starts off with players in each building. PLayers 1 and 2 choose where to put their ships. Each player can only use 10 blocks for a ship it doesnt matter how big or small or what shape they are in. The player can choose to use less than 10 blocks if he pleases. You can place blocks under water aswell. For Hit points on ships I placed a redstone torch on top and a lever on the side. Turning them off represents a hit area on your ship. For underwater ships you can use trapdoors on the side, trapdoors up for not hit and trap doors down for hit.

For underwater ships the letters still apply the numbers are just negative they range from -1 to -30 but this can be changed to your liking.

The players take turn guessing until someone knocks out all of the other players battle ship.
WOOPS. Forgot to explain how to set it up. Well you set it up by first making a 9X9 pool with a ring of grass outside then label one side with numbers 1-(Any number) and letters A-Z depending on how big you want it to be. Well thats it! have fun!
