Ok, nevermind. I got it. To remove it you have to delete the file from your downloads. Go to your minecraft folder and delete the mod thing then delete the bin

When I run the app on the mac it says The action “Run Shell Script” encountered an error. Check the actionʼs properties and try running the workflow again.
