Notch/Yogscast Explanation/My Thoughts

OK, so this is what has been told through the wonders of Twitter. Notch was saying that the Yogscast were repeatedly insulting people, refused to cooperate, and were being "divas." Then, the Yogscast supposedly told Mojang that they were a bunch of nerds who had no idea how to run a business. Then, they demanded Notch to pay them for coming to Minecon. After that, the Yogscast says that they are the reason that Minecraft is such a huge success and thank them more than anyone else contributing to the growth of Minecraft. Notch then said that they were "total dicks." After that outburst, Notch said that he had autographed a kid's picture. When the kid went to get the Yogscast's autograph, they supposedly crossed out his name and wrote "f*** you." Finally, Notch said the Yogscast are an "isolated island of egos." This is all based on Notch's Tweets since the Yogscast were on a plane at the time this was happening. I will post more information as I find it, so stay tuned.
I am trying to get more information about the Yogscast side, but they aren't posting anything on Twitter; and their website is down.
My thoughts
I think that this whole thing is a misunderstanding. I can understand why Notch would be mad at them. I mean, they are a large portion why Minecraft is popular; so if they make it look bad, Mineraft does bad. What they did to a child's picture was unacceptable, if it is true.
I have some other thoughts, as well. I think that it could also be a business marketing campaign. If you have ever watched iCarly where Fred makes it seem like he stops his YouTube since Freddie didn't like his video, you might be able to connect it to that. It is very similar and they could both be "battling" just to make Minecraft more popular.
My last view is that a kid probably pulled a prank at Minecon. He, more than likely, told one of his friends as a joke and someone overheard it. Then they spread it, and spread it, and spread it until it got to Notch.
This whole thing is sad and I would like to see Mojang and the Yogscast make up.
What do you think?

First, to @amazingorigami - if you are, in fact, the person who had the sign in FedEx, then thank you again for giving it back to the Yogscast crew. My other teammate took it directly up to them and he said there were cheers of joy that we were able to find it. I had the sign custom made by FedEx earlier that morning for the event. I completely apologize if you felt I tried to rip it out of your bag. I was merely trying to help peel it away carefully. If I had known it left gummy stuff in your pack, I would have found you a second bag as a replacement. Again, thank you for returning the sign. You were super awesome about it and could have said no. But you gave it up without hesitation and with a smile. My apologies again that you ended up with a sticky bag. :
As for the Scrolls/Cobalt. Yogscast made no demands. We politely asked the crew from Mojang if they could record a quick segment about the game, and they agreed it could be done before the doors opened. It is accurate there was a request for 5 minutes, but then a couple of the Mojang team offered to demo the games to them. When the doors opened, the Mojang team decided to continue the demo rather than ask the Yogscast folks to move out of the way. There was no stink about being asked to leave. In fact, when one of the other staff mistakenly took the mouse away from the Mojang team member who was demoing scrolls, they accepted it and moved on. (They paid to come to Minecon just like everyone else btw)
As for the tickets: I numbered them. I handed them out. They were not handed out before the panel ended. And they were handed out in the expo hall - right next to where the autographs were being done. In fact, I waited until after the panel was complete, and folks moved into the expo hall so they would have an equal opportunity. Unfortunately, the expo hall was scheduled to close at 4p, and the Yogscast team were given a very strict cutoff. The line of "True fans would have skipped the panel to get the autograph" is inaccurate. They wanted everyone to be able to enjoy the panel.
It was a good show. I'm a little disappointed there is this much hate and discontent going about without folks knowing the whole story.

I guess all i'm trying to say is that if you are going to be a famous youtuber then you need to learn there are other famous people out there and not just automatically hate them.

Both provide a service I personally enjoy. So why should I care over there petty argument?
Yogscast may indeed be cynical ass holes. But I honestly don't care, as long as they keep me laughing I will stay subscribed.
Notch may be an ass who lies to ruin peoples careers. So what? He *Or to be more accurate Mojang* provides Minecraft, a game I'm pretty sure each and everyone on this forum enjoys...
*tl:dr version* Who cares, they both provide good services..

if i understand what you said correctly, then you are asking me how it would feel if someone unsubbed from me? well, 1 out of millions isnt going to do much, but it isnt just me obviously. and if i logged on and saw that hundreds or thousands of people had unsubscribed from me, i would get the message pretty clearly that people dont like my content or me

Notch gets money when people buy the game, so when someone says that Notch was bad mouthing (and probably over exaggerating what really happened), they won't buy the game and they lose money.
The Yogscast gets money through YouTube payments when people click on their ads. Since people are subscribing because of this, not as much people will click their ads since they won't watch their videos, resulting in loss of money.
In business, even the "smallest" argument can result in the loss of money.

As long as they provide a service I could care less. And if that service is suddenly gone and/or missing. I just find something new and better. Who knows, I may find a good Minecraft clone.

Notch doesn't lose money from it. He simply loses the potential gain in money. He doesn't actually lose the money he's already gained.
