Can anyone tell me with certainly anything besides glass that an Enderman cannot teleport on top of? Pixeltech had a couple teleport (or spawn?!) on top of half slabs, so Im looking for an opaque replacement.

What can Enderman *NOT* teleport on top of ?

I think they can TP to just about anything, But the best way to kill them is hit it then dive in the water XD

They cannot TP on Water or Mycelium.

What about the block you want, with a layer of block 36 above it?

Well, I know for sure, that they can't teleport into 2 block high rooms 
And for materials, I guess Water/lava, I don't know any more.

well i know they cant spawn on glass but can they teleport onto it??? they cant teleport onto water or lava i know that for sure. I guess ill do some tests then..

OK i ran some tests. turns out they can teleport onto anything except water and lava. i tried everything i could think of, glass, TNT ,fences jack o lanterns, Half slabs, but they teleported ont o them all. so your best hope is 2 make everything 2 high.
